Speedway. He has a new car now, same
color with Taz
painted on both sides! I'll be putting
up a pic as
soon as I get one. This boy definately
has a NEED FOR
SPEED!
Stacy and I were married on October
22,1994 one day
before
my Parents' 40th wedding anniversary. My
Dad likes to
say
my wedding overshadowed his big
milestone but I
say
just
wait a couple years til' you guys hit 50
years
together and
we'll make up for it! LOL We had a
fabulous wedding
in
Summerville,SC (which is outside of
Charleston) and a
beautiful reception at Victorian House. I
had just
turned
28 before we got married and I know my
Dad thought he
was
never going to get rid of me! Stacy and
I had dated
previously in 1988-1989 but split over
some
differences...
but the guy hung in there for 5 years
trying to woo
me back
(and I made it HARD!) but I finally
agreed to see him
again
in June 1994. By October we were walking
down the
aisle and
the rest, they say is history! I can
honestly say
that I
love Stacy more today than the day I
married him and
I
thank God everyday for bringing us back
together. My Uncle Bill used to say
you'll marry that boy" and Iwould get SO
MAD! but i'll say it for the whole
internet to see - YOU WERE RIGHT BILL!
Like all
couples we have our ups and downs but
i'd rather
struggle
WITH him than have everything I want
WITHOUT him! I
love
