PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

Good experience in micro techniques of animal tissue (histology),
and whole mounts.

Fairly good Practice in performing bioassay techniques
for insecticides and entomopathogenic agents, making statistical analysis
and calculating lethal doses and concentrations.

Quite good experience in performing qualitative and quantitative
estimation of biochemical constituents of tissue and fluids. Also in the
techniques of macromolecules separation and identification using precipitation,
ultra centrifugation, thin layer-, gas liquid-, gel permeation-, and ion
exchange chromatography and gel electrophoresis.

Qualified in measuring the rate of respiration and respiratory
metabolism (QO2 and R.Q.) by using fixed volume respirometers
(such as Warburg) and GLC.

Special ability in installing and fixing many advanced
laboratory equipments such as spectrophotometers, GLC’s…etc.
