Future's End, parts I & II part I - 2/3/99
part II - 9/3/99 C+ To stop the destruction of Earth in the 29th Century, Captain Braxton and the timeship Aeon are sent back in time to the Delta Quadrant to destroy Voyager. However an anomaly sends both of them back to the year 1996 on Earth.

Warlord 16/3/99 B- Kes's body is taken over by an evil warlord who uses the new body to reclaim his former glory.

The Q and the Grey 30/3/99 B+ Q returns to Voyager, begging Captain Janeway to have his baby.

Macrocosm 6/4/99 A- Returning from trade negotiations, Janeway and Neelix find Voyager empty and desolate, with no indication of what happened to the crew.

Fair Trade 13/4/99 C- Reaching the end of space with which Neelix is familiar, Neelix attempts to keep himself in Captain Janeway's good books by trading warp plasma for valuable information.

Alter Ego 20/4/99 B Harry Kim seeks Tuvok's help when he falls in love with a character on the holodeck.

Coda 27/4/99 A+ Captain Janeway gets caught in a timeloop with the inevitable outcome each time it repeats being her death, in many different ways.

Blood Fever 4/5/99 A During his Pon Farr, Ensign Vorik declares his desire to mate with B'Elanna, who doesn't take too kindly to his offer.

Unity 11/5/99 B- Chakotay encounters is stranded on a planet of mysterious people, including humans from the Alpha Quadrant.

Darkling 18/5/99 B- The Doctor, attempting to enhance his personality, adds the best elements of the most famous people throughout history to his program.

Rise 25/5/99 C Tuvok and Neelix get trapped in a lift, their own place of survival, with many other aliens, one of whom is a killer.

Favourite Son 1/6/99 C+ Harry Kim discovers his true origin. He isn't human, but a member of a species in which males are rare, and so they raised amongst other races, before they return home.

Before and After 15/6/99 A Kes awakens at the moment of her death, and begins to travel backwards in time. Each time she moves back she must attempt to convince the crew of Voyager of what is happening so that they can stop it before she travels back in time to before she was born.

Real Life 6/7/99 B+ Attempting to understand family life, the Doctor creates his own holographic family on the holodeck.

Distant Origin 13/7/99 B- Discovering the remains of a dead crew member of Voyager, an alien scientist forms a theory that his species and humans are related, and infact originated on the same planet. To prove his theory, he tracks down the only ship in the quadrant with humans on board, the USS Voyager.

Displaced 20/7/99 B The crew of Voyager are mysteriously changing places, one at a time, with members of another species. The crew must stop the phenomenon before the entire ship is taken over by the aliens.

Worst Case Scenario 27/7/99 A+ B'Elanna is approached by Chakotay to assist him in a mutiny against Captain Janeway. When Janeway and Paris go on an away mission, Chakotay siezes control of the ship, and anyone loyal to Starfleet is thrown in the brig.

Scorpion (season finale) 3/8/99 B+ Janeway and the crew face the day they all knew was coming: on the edge of Borg space, the crew race against time to adaquetly prepare themselves before they face a hostile encounter with Starfleet's most lethal enemy.
