There are certain rules on must abide by in order to sucessfully join CiCi Cooper's Webring. Once you've made sure you passed all the guidelines, then go ahead and submit your page. I'll take a look at it, and make sure it follows the rules, then I'll go ahead and put you on the ring.
1. Your page must be related to Scream, Scream 2, I Know What You Did Last Summer, or Sarah Michelle Gellar (No BTVS pages will be summited at this time, once I have my Buffy page up and running, it will have it's own webring)
2. Your page must be suited to a general fans taste. Which mean NO PORNOGRAPHY or FOUL LANGUAGE (unless the line is a qoute) in any shape, way, or form will be allowed on your page in order to join the ring.
3. Your page must include the HTML code for this ring. It doesn't have to be on the front page, but a place on your page, so it will be easy to find. The code is located at the bottom.
4. Finally, you need to submit yourself to the webring. Click Here to fill out the form.
