Let Them Die
Before the mind meld with Spock, the vulcan lady, said "let them die" quoting Kirk. But Kirk said that in the confrence which was classified, and except for Spock it was empty at the time. So how did she know he said that?

Kirks Personnel Log
When Kirk is on trial, his own personal log is used against him. If you listen closely, it is not the same one he recorded in his room! In his room, talking about the Klingons he says "I have never been able to forgive them for the death of my son", yet at the trial, the playback says "I could never forgive them for the death of my son."!

Dr McCoy The Ventriloquist
During Kirk's altercation with the rather large alien who wants his coat, Dr. McCoy says He's definitely on about something, Jim. A cut from one camera angle to another is used as he is saying this and his lips do not move until the second shot.

Sulus Teacup
At the beginning of the movie Sulu is drinking a cup of tea. When ship is hit by the energy wave, it falls and smashes on the floor, when he finally gets back up it is gone. What a clean-up crew this ship has!!!

Space Debree
When Chang's bird of prey explodes, at least one piece of debris can be seen bouncing back into view because it bounced off the studio floor!

Credits Error
In the end credits, Uhura's name is spelled "Uhuru"

Tracker
At the 33rd minute of the film, SPOCK put a Velco type tracker on Kirk's back left shoulder, it was horizontal when put on. At the 51st minute of the movie, the trial, it was in a vertical position.
