Hey fellow Christians! How are you doing? I would like to share with you my testimony of how Jesus Christ helped me turn a 180 degree turn.Here it is.
Well when i was about 14 years old i was falling into temptation.But, I went to a church camp and recieved Jesus Christ in my heart.I was on fire for the Lord for a while but then something in my life changed.I began to backslide and temptation ran my life.Other things were more important to me then the Lord anymore.Well, then i startd failing school and i had to go to summer school.I regreted that too.But while i was in summer school i hung out with the wrong crowd.The people i hung out with smoked weed,drank beer and liquer,and did all kinds of drugs.Well eventually after enough of the cigerettes being shoved in my face lit up i finally gave in and gave the devil a chance to get me.You see i was known as a good Christian kid that never smoke or drank but all that changed the summer of 1997.I started smoking cigerettes.Got hooked. Then one night i was invited to one of my long time friends parties.Knowing there was gonna be drugs,alcohol,and cigerettes there i went anyway.i was there about an hour when the girls uncle asked me and some of the guys to go to the gas station with him and get some beer.Well, naturally i went and me and about 2 other guys drank a whole case on the way back to the house.We had to back twice.Well that night i had to go home drunk.Whether my mom knew it or not but i was.I had to go to school the next day with a killer hangover.I even bragged about it.Then i went to a revival called "Youth Quest" the week i got out of summer school and listened to the first sermon i had listened to in about 3 months.And, i decided standing next to my older brother and in front of Jesus Christ and everyone there that i was gonna rededicate my life.People I'll tell you one thing that was the bravest and most rewarding step i ever made in my life.That step was more rewarding than my first step when i was about 6 months old.Man that night i got slain in the Holy Spirit.I danced in the Holy Spirit and one thing that made me happy was my older brother was right there next to me.People you have to realize just like i did that Jesus Christ loves you with all his heart.Just as the song says He would leave the 99 to find his 1 little lost lamb.He wants you to accept Him in your heart.He had that crown of thorns driven down deep in His skull and had those nails driven into His hands for YOU.Will you accept Him into your heart tonight?Will you?
