Tournaments

There are a variety of positions in Student Congress. One is the Paliamentarian. This individual, usually a coach or one with a in depth knowledge of Parliamentry Procedure, is in charge of clarifying points of Parliamentry Procedure should a conflcit come up. Additionally, they should conduct the voting for Presiding Officer to eliminate any potential for bias.
