I remembered a cat, which accidently jumped into the well in front of our door.... people struggled to pull the cat back by bucket. It survived and came immediately in our house seeking warmth......
Also, a boy called Mohan, may be school going and much elder than us ( I and my sister) who loved me a lot.
Small girls in neighbourhood always tried to trouble my sister, then I used to run to the rescue of my sis! I was quite heavy that time, as seen in the photographs.
The day we left Dhule, I got some nice gifts from my neighbours like 'gadu' to drink water.......
