For the past 20 years I
have been a House Builder and Building Designer
here on the Sunshine Coast,
but in July 2000 the Maroochy Council
pushed through their new
Town Plan - The so called MAROOCHY2000
This is the
FINAL STRAW for me
We seem to have created
our own MONSTERS which have now gotten
completely out of control
with their over legislation and empire building.
The Qld. Building Services
Authority, B.D.A.Q. and
now the Local Authorities
have combined to make the
Building Industries an utter
NIGHTMARE
to be associated with.
