FIRST, I have to rave a little bit! The new album "Breach" is out in stores today (10/10/00). I had to wait for an employee to take the CDs out of the box because they had not unpacked them yet. But it was so worth the wait. I did not doubt that I would love the CD, but I was still blown away by some of the lyrics. Greg had said that Jakob had some "powerful shit" on this album, and he was right. The single "Sleepwalker" is going to be a hit for them. "Hand me down" hit me pretty hard. I like songs that I can really relate too. Everyone feels like a hand me down sometimes. I especially liked the last track on the CD, the one you have to wait for after track 10 has finished. All in all, a great CD! Go out and buy it if you have not already. That is a command. Now back to my usual ramblings.....

Why have a Wallflowers webpage? good question! My reason for making this webpage has been to simply let others know that I personally think that the Wallflowers are the best band out there right now. I truly enjoy their music: the lyrics, Mike's guitar, Rami's Hammond B5, Mario's drumming abilities, not to mention Greg on bass, and Jakob's wonderfully husky voice. I guess I'm obsessed with their music now because I listen to BDTH (Bring Down the Horse for the non-Wallie obsessed) and TW (their debut album) everyday. I have all the imports, including the Japanese import with "Used to Be Lucky". Songs like "Bleeders", "Invisible City", "For the Life of Me" get me through my most depressed times because I know that someone else once upon a time must have also felt that way. I hope you enjoy wandering through my page, reading the lyrics and quotes, looking at pictures, and exploring my links.
