NEW ALBUM FOR 98 DEGREES

Universal recording artists 98° (NICK LACHEY, DREW LACHEY, JEFF TIMMONS and JUSTIN JEFFRE) will release their new album, Revelation, on September 26. The first single, “Give Me Just One Night (Una Noche),” a sizzling, Latin-laced up-tempo, will be igniting radio stations across the country in late July.
Revelation, the group’s fourth album, is the much-anticipated follow up to their multi-platinum selling release, 98° and Rising, which has sold over five million albums to date and garnered three Top 10 hit singles “Because of You,” “The Hardest Thing” and “I Do (Cherish You)”.
Revelation runs the gamut of energy, classic showmanship and keening passion with an exceptional array of a cappella interludes, spirited up-tempos and 98°’s own unique blend of signature harmony-infused ballads, mostly written or co-written by the Ohio foursome.
98° recently wrapped filming a video to accompany “Give Me Just One Night (Una Noche),” with director Wayne Isham at the Mayan Ruins in Mexico. The band will begin rehearsals shortly in Los Angeles for a Disney Concert special airing in October. In the meantime, fans will be able to catch their special appearances on numerous upcoming television specials which include the Teen Choice Awards (FOX), MTV’s “Making Of The Video,” The Miss Teen Pageant(CBS), USTA’s Arthur Ashe Kid’s Day Concert (CBS), and Summer Music Mania (FOX) which will begin airing in August.

In the new Teen People with 98 Degrees on the front cover, hitting newsstands soon, commented on what they have been up to lately:
"Drew hit Mexico. Justin headed for the Caribbean. Nick visited Jessica on the road. As for Jeff, he just went home - to spend time with his 19 month-old daughter, Alyssa. Until now Jeff has kept private the fact that he's a father. A dedicated dad who was present at Alyssa's birth. "We were on the road and I would not miss it, so we had [labor] induced", he says. Jeff smiles proudly when talking about her. "I've always been into the father thing," he says. "I want to have 10 kids. That was my goal in life - to be a good father. It was never to be a big star or anything like that, that's for sure. I get nervous onstage." That said, he wasn't planning to leap into fatherhood quite so soon. "I didn't expect it," he says. "I was with this girl, and I was very much in love, and she got pregnant." (She and Jeff live together, but for privacy's sake, he doesn't want to reveal her name.) Still, he adds, there was no question in my mind that [we were] going to have this child. I was on top of the world."
