Where's Hanson?: Hanson is LA right now, recording their new, original album. They are also promoting the live CD. They're doing the Howie Mandel show and I heard Jay Leno too! Then they're off to NY to do Letterman and Rosie.

Hanson on *Jack Frost Soundtrack* According to Rolling Stone, Hanson will be contributing 3 songs to the soundtrack for the upcoming film Jack Frost, starring Michael Keaton and Kelly Preston, due in theaters on December 18.
The album will hit the stores on November 24. Hanson provides the soundtrack's first single, "Gimme Some Lovin" and they also contribute "Merry Christmas Baby" and "Good Lovin'". So we'll get to hear "Gimme Some Lovin" on the radio! YaY! There are different song lists of the live album out, so we don't really know exactly what's gonna be on the live album. SO we don't know if "Gimme Some Lovin" and "Good Lovin'" will be from the live album or recorded especially for Jack Frost, but it's most likely from the live album. :) Thank You to the HH for passing along this info!
Got Milk?* There's a new book out now that compiles most all of the milk ads up until now. It's called "The Milk Mustache Book: A Behind-The-Scenes Look atAmerica's Favorite Advertising Campaign" by Jay Schulberg and it's available at most bookstores. A couple of pages are dedicated to Hanson and they have a bit of facts about the photo shoot (how Isaac requested to listen to Elvis Presley during the shoot and what food Zac refused to eat), plus an alternate milk picture that didn't make the final cut of the ad. You can find it at most any book store. ALSO, in the current Seventeen magazines there is an advertisement for Milk Gear '98 from the "Got Milk?" ads. ~Trivial Stuff~ Hanson was, according to Amusement Business, number 7 on the Top 10 North American Concert Grosses Chart. Their August 15th Hershey, PA concert grossed more than $687,000. This amount beat the Spice Girls by more than $150,000.
The song "Soldier" was taken from an old children's storybook titled "The Brave Tin Soldier"!
There was a few Hanson things mentioned in the new movie, Urban Legend. Like in Joshua Jackson's character's past life he pretended he was the middle hanson brother so he could get um, laid. I can see how that would work, LoL. Also in the next generation, his character had long blond hair and everyone sang MMMBop.
It is a pic of Hanson in the latest issue of "JUMP" and there is a retraction about something Hanson related in "Girls Life". Doesn't look too big though, just something to look at while you're in the store.
According to Hanson fan, Zac got a little upset at a fan at the Houston concert! Zac was bending down to give his drumsticks to a young boy in the crowd, and another person kept trying to rip them out of Zac's hands. Zac was getting frustrated and kept saying "No.. not YOU.. they're for HIM!!!" over and over!!! Good for you Zac!
Ugly Phil, Australia's top radio DJ who is great friends with Hanson, is quitting the Top 30 Radio show at the end of this year. Ugly Phil always had awesome Hanson contests.. to win Hanson merchandise, to go visit Hanson in North America, and always had the Hanson releases before most DJ's. How sad!!!
