I started my career with EDS in a part-time support role. Within six months I had moved to a full-time support roll and within a year I had moved into a full-time training position. After five and one-half years in training I moved to a deskside support business analyst position in the customer area. After one year in this deskside support position I transfered to the EDS Helpdesk. Where I assisted in the development of procedures for the helpdesk. After one and one-half years there I transfered to my current system administration position.
