| When I was little, I wasn't very thrilled with this movie. My mother would try to get me and my sister to watch it, and we didn't want to.
Last year, I started watching Diagnosis Murder regurally. Dick Van Dyke is AWESOME!!! Finally, I decided that I should see Mary Poppins again. Those of you who are now adults and haven't seen this movie since you were a kid, I suggest you see it again. I got more out of it this last time I saw it. Summer 1999, I was a nanny for two girls in Connecticut. My friend Ari would call me Mary Poppins. Some others took to the name as well. I really enjoyed the job, and I've considered becoming a nanny once I'm out of college. This movie makes me desire the job even more. Children are so creative, and they can help you keep your imagination alive and soaring. In return, you can help them enhance theirs. |
