Oddly enough, I rarely use TVG for the listings. Once in a while, I'll read the description for a show or see when something will be on that I've heard about. Otherwise, I channelsurf. I don't do this much anymore; I usually know by heart what I want to watch and when.
Before I got a subscription to TV Guide, I would go nuts every week trying to find it. This past year, I moved to South Carolina. I was living in Gaston, and none of the local grocery stores carried TVG. I was looking for signs around town, seeing if it actually said anywhere that I was now on another planet. None.
Finally, I checked K-Mart. AND THEY HAD IT!!! I was cheering and jumping around the store. My roommate was with me. She's used to this behaviour and didn't really seem phased.
Now that you've read about the joys of TV Guide, you can go to their web site. You can also return to my media page or go home to DREAM.
