If you are tired most of the time, start taking Spirulina and Broccoli supplements daily. By the sixth day, you should feel much more energetic.
Eat 10 almonds, 1 peeled hard-boiled egg, 1/2 peeled avocado, and drink 8 oz. orange juice if you need more energy.
Eat a cup each of spinach and brown rice daily to have more energy. Drink 8 oz. Welch's Passionfruit Juice. Helps to calm the nerves.
