34 ANGELFOOD MUG CAKES RECIPES

Use a 16 oz. large mug, a 10 oz. ramekin, or quart-sized bowl for ease in making all of these recipes. Mug cakes will rise while being cooked, so you always want to use a dish that is wide and deep enough so it won't overflow and make a mess for you to have to clean. Until you are sure how long it takes, place a plate or paper towel underneath your mug or bowl to catch anything that might spill over. It will deflate again as soon as the microwave shuts off. Do NOT overcook. If the recommended time for cooking does not work in your microwave, simply add 15-second increments of time to cook until it is done. If the time recommended in recipes is too much, simply decrease the time in increments of 15 seconds until you get the time correct, then make a written note as to how long it takes your microwave to cook a mug cake or a mug meal and keep it near your microwave. Amazon and Walmart sell Blueline brand spiral 360-page notebooks and steno pads you can use to store your recipes, or buy a recipe box with a large pack of index cards and write out your new favorite mug cake and mug meal recipes. Keep the file box on your kitchen countertop to use as needed. To make your own customized mug cakes, use the same amount of Angelfood Complete Cake Mix and liquid, then mix well. Any herbs, spices, or seasonings you use should be mixed into the Angelfood Cake Mix first to blend well together, then add the extract and liquid of choice. The more ingredients you add, such as diced fruits and chopped nuts, the longer it will take to cook, but if you cook any mug cake too long it will be hard and rubbery. A mug cake is done when the top of it is set or firm, without being wet in the center, and it usually pulls away from the sides. You might need to experiment with your microwave a few times to get the correct time needed to make a mug cake. The wattage makes a difference, too. Mine is a 1000-watt microwave, and my recipes are based on how long it took me to cook them in my microwave on high. If you want to cook more than one mug cake, always cook them separately in your microwave. I use Betty Crocker Angelfood Complete Cake Mix which has the egg whites mixed into it already and does NOT contain xanthan gum or canola oil. All you need to add is water to it.

When you customize your mug cake recipes, opt to use self-rising flour instead of all-purpose flour because the leavening agents are already mixed into self-rising flour. If you use all-purpose flour, you will need to add 1 teaspoon baking powder per 1 cup flour and mix well, to make self-rising flour. Put it into a lidded container, jar, or Hefty Freezer bag to use as needed. If you use buttermilk, add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda per cup of flour. When you add egg, beat it with a fork, and use 1 teaspoon of it for one mug cake recipe. Use the rest of the egg with a quick splash of heavy cream or milk to make yourself a scrambled egg to cook for 1 minute and 15 seconds on high in your microwave, and enjoy with toasted bread spread with Wholly Classic Guacamole 2 oz. and a 4 oz. applesauce cup for a meal. If you use too much egg in a mug cake, it will make it too spongey.

Remember that a mug cake or a mug meal is just one serving, so do try to make your customized mug meal recipes, by simply dividing the ingredients listed in a recipe to make one serving. Mug meals take longer to cook than a mug cake does, but they are still way faster than regular cooking would be, and you have no leftovers to store. With most mug recipes, you only have one dish and your silverware to wash, after you eat. Please remember that current microwave ovens do not brown foods unless you have a microwave browning pan to use with canned butter spray, or just use toppings as a garnish after it is done cooking. Here is a sugar-free Angelfood Cake Mix recipe that people who cannot eat sugar can use:

ANGELFOOD CAKE MIX (Sugar-free recipe)

1 cup sifted cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1-1/2 cups Splenda or 1 teaspoon Stevia powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1-1/2 cups powdered egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
1 Tablespoon pure vanilla powder

Mix all ingredients in a quart-sized Hefty Freezer bag, and label it. To make one mug cake, use 3 Tablespoons of the mix and mix with 3 Tablespoons water, milk, buttermilk, or juice until smooth and creamy in a large 16 oz. mug or bowl. Place in the microwave to cook for one minute on high. Remove. Top as desired.

You can use Carob Powder if you cannot use Cocoa Powder. Just use the same amounts in any recipe. Sweet Carob Baking Chips can be used instead of chocolate chips in any recipes where you cannot eat chocolate. Carob contains no caffeine, so you can make a mug of hot carob anytime you want it. Carob tastes like chocolate but has no chocolate in it.

You might also want to experiment with mixing soft drinks into cake mixes. Just those two ingredients, 3 Tablespoons of each, mixed well in a mug then microwaving on high for one minute, will produce a single-serving microwave mug cake, presenting you with a large variety of possibilities for recipes you can create as desserts or snacks. For people who want a larger serving, use 5 Tbsp. cake mix and 5 Tbsp. soft drink and increase the cooking time to 90 seconds on high in the microwave.

The following Angelfood Complete Cake Mix recipes already have egg whites mixed into the package when you buy them. Each box should make about twelve individual mug cakes. Purchase 3 boxes to last one person for a month of mug cakes made daily. Read labels carefully to make sure the product does not contain ingredients to which you are allergic, and do your research online to find substitutions you can use to make your cake mixes when you cannot find what you need in your local grocery stores or online. Always read the ingredients labels please, as most store-bought cake mixes now contain xanthan gum and canola oil. Contact companies who manufacture cake mixes and ask them to please remove xanthan gum and canola oil from the ingredients used in all products.

To make Whipped Cream, add heavy cream to your blender. Add the lid. Whip for one to two minutes or until stiff peaks form. You can add any type of sweetener you normally use to flavor it. Use to top mug cakes when done. Overwhipping heavy cream turns it into butter, which can be used like butter without all those extra ingredients listed on labels. Only make enough to last you for a couple of days because fresh whipped cream or butter won't keep very long.

1. Mix 3 Tbsp. of Angelfood Complete Cake Mix and 3 Tbsp. crushed Pineapple with the juice. Pour in a large 16 oz. mug that is butter sprayed. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Top with 2 Tbsp. ready-made White Fluffy Frosting, or use canned Whipped Cream as a topping, to make a Pineapple Mug Cake.

2. Mix 5 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix and 1 teaspoon of ground Cinnamon, until blended well, then add 5 Tbsp. water, and mix well with a spoon. Pour in a large butter sprayed 16 oz. mug. Microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Remove and top with 2 Tbsp. each Smucker's Sugar-Free Caramel Sauce and Chopped Pecans. Enjoy your Pecan Caramel Cinnamon Mug Cake. Serve with a 16 oz. mug of Cinnamon Latte Coffee made with 3/4 mug hot water, 1 teaspoon Folger's Instant Decaf Coffee, 1/4 cup Half and Half, and 12 drops Sweet Leaf Liquid Cinnamon Stevia mixed into it for breakfast, brunch, a snack, or a dessert.

3. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug and microwave for one minute on high. Remove. Top with canned Whipped Cream, and finally, sprinkle on the top, Baker's Sweet Shredded Coconut to make a Coconut Mug Cake.

4. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug and microwave for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. each Whipped Cream and sliced Strawberries to make a Strawberry Mug Shortcake.

5. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug and microwave for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 2 Tbsp. diced Peaches and 2 Tbsp. Raspberries and Whipped Cream to make a Peach Melba Mug Cake.

6. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug and microwave for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. each sliced Bananas and either Whipped Cream or Caramel Sauce and chopped walnuts or pecans to make a Banana Nut Mug Cake.

7. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug and microwave for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. each Blueberries and Whipped Cream to make a Blueberry Mug Cake.

8. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug and microwave for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. each Lemon Curd and Whipped Cream to make a Lemon Curd Mug Cake.

9. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug and microwave for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. each diced Cherries and Whipped Cream to make a Cherry Mug Cake.

10. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug and microwave for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. each canned Tropical Fruits and Whipped Cream to make a Tropical Fruits Mug Cake.

11. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug and microwave for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. each canned Fruit Cocktail and Whipped Cream to make a Fruit Cocktail Mug Cake.

12. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix and 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice, with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug. Top with Streusel Topping, made with 1 Tbsp. soft butter, 1 Tbsp. quick toasted oats, 1 Tbsp. chopped nuts, and 1 tsp. cinnamon mixed with a fork, and gently spoon it evenly in one layer over the cake batter. Put it in the microwave and cook for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on high. Enjoy your Streusel Topped Coffee Cake with a mug of Folger's Instant Decaf Coffee with Half and Half creamer mixed into it to suit your taste.

13. In a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug or a quart-sized round deep bowl, mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. ground ginger, 3 Tbsp. diced glazed mixed peel, 2 Tbsp. sweet carob baking chips, 1 Tbsp. chopped pecans, 1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts, and 1 Tbsp. chopped black walnuts until well blended. Add 3 Tbsp. Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, or water and mix well with a spoon. Microwave on high for two minutes, or until the center of the top is firm, not wet, and the sides of the cake begin to pull away from the mug. When done, I like to add as toppings: Caramel Sauce, Toasted Coconut, and more chopped nuts. Their glazed mixed peel contains diced red and green cherries, pineapple, and citrons, so it's not necessary to buy the extra cherries, to be more frugal. Once you try their products, you most likely won't go back to the stuff you can buy at a local grocery store. I am so happy with this recipe that God inspired me to create, so I can have Fruitcake quickly year-round now. It is delicious! It's hard to find a good ready-made Fruitcake, and to make one at home takes a lot of energy and time, but this recipe is one you will want to keep to use often if you enjoy Fruitcake during the Holiday Season or all year.

14. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Add 1 Tbsp. Alpine Spiced Apple Cider Mix. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug and microwave for 1-1/2 minutes on high. Remove. Top with 2 Tbsp. each Aldi Wildflower Honey and chopped Walnuts to make a Spiced Apple Honey Walnut Mug Cake.

Make yourself a mug of hot Alpine Spiced Cider Mix to drink because it is delicious! I suggest keeping several boxes of ten packets each in stock at home so you can make it anytime you want. Amazon and Walmart sell Alpine Spiced Cider Mix.

15. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix, 1 individual packet of True Lime Powder, and 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug and microwave for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. ready-made Key Lime Frosting to make a Key Lime Mug Cake. If you cannot locate the frosting, create a glaze from lime juice and powdered sugar mixed to suit your taste as your topping.

16. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix, 1 packet True Lemon Powder, and 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug and microwave for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. ready-made Lemon Frosting to make a Lemon Mug Cake.

True Orange and True Grapefruit or any of their wonderful flavors could also be used to make a Mug Cake. They make great water enhancers to mix into the water you drink every day to stay hydrated. You can also take 1 Tablespoon of Grandma's Molasses every morning, as the ingredients in it are the same electrolytes your body needs to stay hydrated. To determine how many ounces of pure filtered water you need to drink within a 24-hour time frame, divide your current weight by 2. The answer is how many ounces your body needs in 24 hours. You can still dehydrate even if you are in a shaded area when it is hot outside. It is good to purchase a high-quality countertop water filter to install easily on your kitchen faucet that removes pathogens and additives from local water sources. One filter lasts me for about 4 years. If you don't like your local plain water, try adding flavored water enhancers. Crush brand, liquid Pineapple and liquid Watermelon flavors are so delicious added to ice-cold water. A large variety of different flavors of water enhancers are available online to purchase and have delivered to your home.

17. Mix 4 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 4 Tbsp. water until well blended. Mix in 1 teaspoon each of Jif Natural Peanut Butter and Nutella. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug. Put in the microwave and cook for 1-1/2 minutes on high, or until the top is firm, not wet. Remove. Top with Chocolate Syrup and Whipped Cream to make a Peanut Butter Chocolate Mug Cake.

18. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix, 1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder, with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug. Put in the microwave and cook for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. ready-made Chocolate Fudge Sauce to make a Chocolate Mug Cake. For those of you who cannot eat chocolate or cocoa powder, use 1 Tbsp. Carob Powder instead of Cocoa Powder. You can buy it at Nuts.com on their website, and it can be used just the same as Cocoa Powder or Chocolate in any of your recipes with the same measurements as your recipes call for in ingredients. They also sell Sweet Carob Baking Chips that you can use instead of Chocolate Chips.

19. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix, 1/2 tsp. Maple Extract, with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug. Put in the microwave and cook for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 2 Tbsp. each Maple Syrup and chopped Walnuts for a Maple Walnut Mug Cake.

20. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix, with 2 Tbsp. canned Pumpkin Pie Puree, with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug. Put in the microwave and cook for 1-1/2 minutes on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. Whipped Cream to make a Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake. If you use plain canned Pumpkin Puree, be sure to add 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice to it. Make a mug of hot Folger's Coffee with your favorite creamer stirred into it.

21. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix, with 2 Tbsp. Sweet Potato Puree, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug. Put in the microwave and cook for 1-1/2 minutes on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. Whipped Cream to make a Sweet Potato Mug Cake. Make a mug of Folger's Instant Decaf Coffee with 8 drops each of Sweet Leaf Sweet Drops of Vanilla, Caramel, and Chocolate stirred into it, and your favorite creamer added to suit your taste.

22. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix, 1/2 tsp. Orange Extract, with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Pour in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug. Put in the microwave and cook for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. ready-made can of White Fluffy Frosting to which one packet of Orange Crème Powder or 1 tsp. Orange Creamsicle extract has been mixed into the can of frosting. This makes an Orange Creme Mug Cake. Store leftover frosting in a covered container in your refrigerator to use for topping more mug cakes made within 2 weeks.

23. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug. Add four Hershey's Kisses candies to the center, and gently push them down into the batter. Put in the microwave and cook for 1-1/2 minutes on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. Hershey's Pure Chocolate Fudge Sauce to make a Chocolate Lava Mug Cake.

24. In a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug, mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Place 3 Andes Mints in the center, and press them down gently into the batter. Put in the microwave and cook for 1-1/2 minutes on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. Hershey's Chocolate Fudge Sauce to make a Chocolate Mint Mug Cake. Make yourself a mug of hot Swiss Cocoa Mix with Marshmallows and add 8 to 16 drops of Sweet Leaf Peppermint liquid Stevia stirred into it to make a delicious Peppermint Hot Cocoa.

25. In a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug, mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Fold in 3 Tbsp. Milk Chocolate Chips. Put in the microwave and cook for 1-1/2 minutes on high to make a Chocolate Chip Mug Cake. Top with 3 Tbsp. Vanilla or Chocolate ready-made frostings. For anyone who cannot eat real chocolate chips, use Sweet Carob Baking Chips in the same amounts, and spread 3 Tbsp. Melted Sweet Carob Baking Chips over the top when done for the frosting. 26. In a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug, mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Put in the microwave and cook for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. each Mixed Berries and Whipped Cream to make a Mixed Berries Mug Cake.

27. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix, 1 tsp. ginger powder, with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug. Put in the microwave and cook for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. Smucker's Sugar-Free Caramel Sauce to make a Gingerbread Mug Cake.

28. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended in a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug. Put in the microwave and cook for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. each of any canned Pie Filling and Whipped Cream to make any Pie Filling Mug Cake.

Try mixing 3 Tbsp. of any of your favorite soft drinks with 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Cake Mix to create customized Mug Cakes of your own. Microwave for 1 minute on high.

29. Mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix, 2 or more crushed Peppermint candies or 2 Tbsp. Rainbow Candy Sprinkles, with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Put in the microwave and cook for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. ready-made White Fluffy Frosting. Crush more Peppermint candy or 2 Tbsp. Rainbow Candy Sprinkles and sprinkle over the frosting to make a Peppermint Candy Mug Cake or Festive Holiday Mug Cake for any special occasion or just as a special treat to pamper yourself anytime. 30. In a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug, mix 4 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix, 2 Tbsp. any flavored baking chips, with 4 Tbsp. water until well blended. Put in the microwave and cook for 1-1/2 minutes on high. Remove. Top with 3 Tbsp. either Fluffy White Frosting or Chocolate Frosting to make Any Flavored Baking Chips Mug Cake. Or match your Frosting with the flavor of baking chips used.

31. In a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug, mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix, 1/2 teaspoon Cocoa Powder or Carob Powder, with 3 Tbsp. water until well blended. Put in the microwave and cook for one minute on high. Remove. Top with 1 Tbsp. each Shredded Toasted Coconut, chopped Pecans, and Smucker's Sugar-Free Caramel Sauce to make a German Chocolate Mug Cake.

32. In a large 16 oz. butter sprayed mug, mix 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix, 1 teaspoon of ground Cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of ground Ginger, until blended well, then add 3 Tbsp. water, and mix well with a spoon. Put in the microwave on high and cook for one minute. Remove, and add as a topping 2 Tablespoons Smucker's Sugar-Free Caramel Sauce. Enjoy your Gingerbread Cinnamon Caramel Mug Cake served with a mug of Coffee Latte with 4 Tablespoons Half and Half mixed into a mug of coffee for breakfast, brunch, a snack, or a dessert.

33. Whisk together 6 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix, 3 Tbsp. chopped walnuts, with 4 Tbsp. plain Greek yogurt and 2 Tbsp. Banana Extract until smooth in a quart-sized bowl. Microwave it for 2 minutes on high. Top with Smucker's Sugar-Free Caramel Sauce. I used Banana Extract and Walnuts because I like them, but any extract or fruits and nuts that go well together could be used, as well as any canned pie filling for the topping. It tastes like an Old Fashioned Homemade Cheesecake without needing to let it cool and set in the refrigerator before you eat it. God gave me this recipe. I have found plain Greek yogurt works well as a substitute for cream cheese in recipes using the same amounts. I plan on making other flavors, like vanilla with strawberry pie filling on top when done, or almond extract and cherry pie filling on top when done. Just make sure the liquid and cake mix are in equal portions, counting any extract as part of your liquid. The stronger the extract you use, the less of it you will need to flavor it.

34. Whisk together 3 Tbsp. Angelfood Complete Cake Mix, 1 tsp. Orange Extract, 3 Tbsp. NFC FL Naturals Orange Juice, and 12 drops Sweet Leaf Valencia Orange Liquid Stevia in a large 16 oz. mug. When it is mixed well, stir in 2 Tbsp. Bavarian Cream Filling (you can buy this at www.nuts.com in a 2# ready-made package.) Mix well again. Place mug in the microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Remove. Top with more Bavarian Cream Filling and Whipped Cream. Make yourself a large mug of Folger's Decaf or Regular Instant Coffee with Great Value Hazelnut Liquid Creamer or Great Value Half and Half added to suit your taste, then add 8 drops of Sweet Leaf Valencia Orange Liquid Stevia to it. Another easy and quick dessert is Bavarian Cream Filling or one 5.5 oz. Vanilla Pudding Cup placed into a ramekin or dessert dish, then topped with purchased Caramel Sauce to make Creme Brulee. You could also use some microwave melted brown sugar spread evenly over the top of the pudding. The topping will harden as it cools. Use a spoon to break it up as you eat it.


Make a quick and easy Tiramisu Tart by using one 5.5 ounce Vanilla Pudding cup to which you stir in up to 1 teaspoonful of any instant coffee powder you like until smooth and creamy. Buy a package of ready-made shortbread tart shells at Walmart.com. There are 12 to one package. Fill each tart shell with the coffee-flavored Vanilla Pudding. Keep them in your refrigerator in the container they come in to use for 12 individual desserts. They make a great dessert to serve with your Italian Night Dinners.


Would you enjoy Fruit or Berry Cobblers For One cooked in your stove oven? My favorite is to use one-half of a 15 oz. can of Bruce's Candied Yams as the base for Sweet Potato Cobbler For One. I use the other half for a side dish for a meal. Here is what you need to pour evenly over the top of them to form the Cobbler crust: In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup self-rising flour, 1/4 cup Splenda, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, and 1/4 cup melted butter to combine well. Pour carefully and evenly in a single layer over the top of whichever fruit or berries (1 cup) you are using into a butter-sprayed 10 oz. ramekin. You can use any canned pie filling for convenience. Do NOT stir the crust into them. Place it on a baking sheet to catch any spills in your stove oven. Bake at 350 degrees for about half an hour, or until the crust is golden brown. Remove carefully using silicone gloves because it will be very hot. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or canned whipped cream, and enjoy.
