To Boost Your Self-Confidence, look straight into your eyes in the largest mirror you have, at least once every day and affirm, "(Your Name,) I love you. I really, really love you." If you see things that you don't like about yourself, just bless what you do want your body to look like, and keep affirming it daily. When you can visualize in your own mind the way you really want to be, it will happen. We create our lives with our thoughts. The more positive our thoughts, the better our lives will become.
