ACIDOSIS:

When the body has too high an acidic pH level, diseases can form more easily. It can also cause a person to be more acidic in their attitude and behavior. You need to eat foods that create a healthy alkaline balance in the system.

Drink 4 cups of green tea each day to keep your body alkaline in its pH levels.

At night, about an hour before going to bed, mix 2 tsp. honey in a cup of hot water, and stir in 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar. Drink this mixture to help keep the body alkaline balanced in pH levels. It will also help you sleep better. Do the same thing upon awakening, before you eat any breakfast, and before each meal you eat during the day. You should enjoy much better health and have more energy during the day. It works like a tonic for the entire system.

Eat watermelon, lemon, limes, asparagus, or cucumbers often.

Drink coconut water four times each day to make the body more alkaline in its pH levels.


ACNE:

Mix Bentonite Clay powder with some water to make a paste, and dab it on the acne. Let it dry, then wash it off with warm water. Pat the area dry with a soft clean towel. Do this daily, until the acne is better. Once a week, do a facial, mixing 1 part Bentonite Clay powder with 1 part green tea, then add 1 Tablespoon of Aloe Vera, mixing well. Apply to a clean face as a mask. Let it dry. Rinse off with warm water. Pat face with a soft, clean towel.

Use 3% Hydrogen Peroxide saturated on a cotton ball, and use this as a toner after you wash your face. You will see acne cleared quickly.

Use Apple Cider Vinegar as a facial toner.

Use pure cold-pressed sesame oil on your skin every day for smooth, clear skin. Leave it on for at least ten minutes before washing it off the skin or scalp.

Add pure cold-pressed sesame oil to your daily diet.

Steep 1 Tbsp. dried basil in 1 cup boiling water for 20 minutes. Apply this solution to the acne with a cotton ball.

Before going to bed, apply pure lemon juice to the acne, and leave it on until morning, then wash it off with warm water.

Dab some toothpaste with fluoride in it on the zits at night before you go to bed. They should be much better in the morning.

Dab some real mayonnaise on the pimple at night before going to bed. It should be much better by morning.

For acne, gently scrub the area with a mixture of coarse salt and a few drops of tea tree oil. Rinse well, then apply a facial or body mask of either plain yogurt, sour cream, or buttermilk, leaving it on for thirty minutes, then rinsing skin very well, and patting dry with a clean, white towel.

Put some Visine on a Q-tip and dab onto the pimple to lessen the redness of it.

Begin taking 1 Tablespoon honey with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon twice a day, in the morning afer you awaken, and about an hour before going to bed. Within a month you should be able to move around a lot better without arthritis pain. People taking a blood thinner, like Coumarin, should discuss taking cinnamon before they take any, as cinnamon has coumarin in it.

Do not eat white sugar products or white flour products. Too many sweets can cause immediate reactions in the body causing aches and pain. Ice cream is one of the worst products to do this. Read your labels because sugar and flour are in a lot of products.

Drink hot Rose Hips tea daily to relieve joint pain.

The natural cure for arthritis includes following a low acid diet, avoiding dairy and meat products, all juices, white flour products, white sugar products, coffee, soft drinks, eggplant, and tomatoes. Eating a lot of raw fruits and organic vegetables is recommended, along with whole grains, walnuts and soybeans, and fish, like salmon, tuna, trout, and mackerel. In addition to the above dietary changes, one should be drinking a minimum of 64 oz. pure water daily to remove toxins from the body, to cushion the joints, and to replenish the cartilage. To find out how much water your own body needs daily, divide your weight by 2 and that is the number of ounces of pure water you should be drinking minimally. For every 8 oz. caffeinated beverages you drink, add another 12 oz. pure water to offset the damage the caffeine does to your body. Smoking and alcohol should also be avoided.

Camphor, castor, wintergreen and cinnamon oils are also beneficial mixed for external rubbing application.

Warm coconut oil mixed with camphorated oil in equal parts should be massaged into stiff aching joints. It will increase blood supply and reduce inflammation and stiffness as a gentle warmth is produced while massaging.

Bogbean, an aquatic herb, is useful for Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis. It is an anti-inflammatory. This herb cleans the urinary tract, so drink lots of water while taking it to get rid of the built-up uric acid in your body.

Mix equal parts of the following herbs: black cohosh, gentian root, angelica, colombo, scullcap, valerian, and buckthorn bark. Take one heaping teaspoon added to a cup of boiling water. Let steep ten minutes. Strain out herbs. Drink three 1/2 cups per day.

Eat a couple bananas daily.

PAIN ELIMINATOR DRINK:
1 lemon
1 orange
3 pears
3 apples
3-inch piece of gingerroot
Wash the pears and apples. Peel the lemon and orange. Juice everything, then drink it.

Eat grapes to increase blood flow to joints.

Take Glucosamine and Chondroitin supplements daily, but give them several months to work.

Take Omega3 Fish Oil capsules daily, or eat a serving of fish each day. Salmon or Rainbow Trout are good for arthritis.

Take Flaxseed Oil daily.

Buy a Bio-Mat and Pillow to sleep on. These are expensive but can be found online.

For two or three months eat one raw clove of garlic every day as it is very beneficial. If you cannot tolerate raw garlic, roast it and eat it that way.

Mix 2 Tbsp. mullein, 3 Tbsp. powdered slippery elm, 1 Tbsp. lobelia, and 1 tsp. cayenne. Add enough hot water to make a paste. Spread on cloth and place on swollen joints.

Oil of origanum, oil of lobelia, oil of capsicum, mixed with coconut oil for a good rub are recommended as a natural remedy for arthritis.

A good arthritis rub can be made from 2 oz. each eucalyptus oil, oil of wintergreen, rubbing alcohol, and witch hazel. Mix, shake, then rub on your achey joints.

Rub a couple drops of pure peppermint oil onto aching joints for relief of pain. Some people cannot tolerate this, while others find immediate relief. You can mix a couple drops pure peppermint oil into a carrier oil or lotion as well, then apply it to your aching joints for pain relief. It gives a deeply intense, cooling/burning sensation. Do NOT get any near your eyes or your genitals or you might be in great pain.

I mix a capful of pure peppermint oil in a spray bottle filled with water, and use this to relieve aches and pains from arthritis. Peppermint oil is very strong so make sure your body can tolerate this BEFORE you apply it. For those who can tolerate it, it makes a wonderful pain reliever for arthritis or similar types of pain. I spray this same mixture all over my home every few days, as it repels pests. Seems that none of them like the fragrance of peppermint oil. Especially good for apartment tenants. Works even better in homes.

Make a massage oil for arthritis, bursitis, rheumatism, or any ligaments, tendons, joints, muscles, or aching bones pain by mixing the following:
Wintergreen oil, Olive oil, Black Walnut oil, Peppermint oil, Menthol oil, Gingerroot, Arnica flowers, Calendula flowers, and Cayenne Pepper. You decide how much of each your body needs or can tolerate.


ASTHMA:

Avoid aspirins if you have asthma.

To make breathing easier, mix 1 tsp. honey with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder and take it.

Drink a cup of hot, black coffee to relieve an asthma spasm.


AUTO-IMMUNE DISEASES:

Eat 20 to 40 Goji Berries daily.

You simply lay it on top of your present mattress. Search for the Serta Ultimate 4-inch Memory Foam mattress topper with the 4# density, as it is the best one. They have two of them, but the cheaper one is only 3# density. An extra pound of density does make a big difference. Buy it at least one size larger than your bed size, or the largest available for the price. Then when it arrives and has fully expanded, lay it on top of your mattress and trim one side of the mattress down to what you need with an electric carving knife. Use the excess to make pillows, or use on another bed for someone else.

Make sure you drink plenty of water each day, at least six to eight glasses, to keep your body hydrated.

Sometimes the above home remedy will work on hard-to-cure diseases such as E-Coli, Salmonella, Enteritis, MRSAs, C-Diff, food poisoning, or Sepsis, so it's worth a try when antibiotics won't work and doctors suspect parasites, bacteria, viruses, pathogens, or germs are the cause of the problem, but everything they have tried has not worked, or they are at a loss to even know what the real problem is. Scientific data shows that seizures could be related to a lack of magnesium in the body. Make sure you get enough magnesium daily, about 800 mg. Use 1 oz. of this mixture and place in an 8 oz. mug so that it can be covered completely with boiling water. Pour 6 oz. boiling water over the herbs. Let steep for 15 minutes. Strain off the herbs. Add 2 tsp. honey, mixing well. Drink 6 oz. three times a day for bronchitis relief. Never put honey into boiling water or it will kill the live enzymes in it.

Mix 3 tsp. honey with 1 tsp. garlic oil. Take this mixture 4 times during one day for bronchitis relief.

Make a drink by mixing 2 Tbsp. Tomato Juice, 1/8 tsp. each of black pepper and cayenne pepper, and drinking it for three mornings before you eat breakfast. Keep a glass of water nearby to drink, just in case the peppers are too strong for you. It is supposed to help any respiratory type problems.

Use 2 tsp. dried, crushed food-grade eucalyptus leaves per cup of boiling water. Steep ten minutes. Drink up to 2 cups per day for bronchitis. This is not recommended for children under the age of 2.


BRUISES:

Eat cauliflower to heal bruises.

Slice a raw onion and place it over the bruised area, but do not place it over broken skin.

A comfrey poultice can be applied to a bruise and it will heal fast.

Use Arnica Cream on bruises.

Use the homeopathic remedy called Arnica Montana to heal bruises.

Hold a piece of raw steak on a black eye for about 20 minutes to reduce bruising and swelling.

Place a banana peeling over the bruise with the inside of it touching the bruised area.

Hold an onion slice on a bruise for a few minutes to help heal the bruise.


BURNS:

Apply honey to burns, cuts, scrapes, wounds to help heal faster and relieve pain.

For badly burned areas, soak in a bathtub full of tepid water to which several bottles of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide have been added, and just relax in it for 30 minutes. Do this as often as you need relief. Severely burned patients might need to be suspended safely in some type of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide water therapy such as this so that the pain they are suffering while healing is not so unbearable. If soaking in a tub is not feasible, then use equal parts of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide and pure water mixed in a spray bottle and keep the burned areas misted as often as possible to speed healing and give pain relief.

Apply extra virgin coconut oil to any burn for relief and healing faster. This can keep sunburns from severe peeling when done soon after getting a sunburn.

Splash or spray apple cider vinegar quickly on any burns for almost instant relief.

Use aloe vera gel immediately on a burn to avoid having the area scarred.

Keep pure Lavender oil on hand to apply to burns for relief.

Dab pure cold-pressed sesame oil onto any kind of burn or sunburn for relief.

Keep stress out of your life as much as possible. Laugh often. Try not to be so serious all the time. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily. Get fresh air daily. Drink lots of pure water daily. Remove refined sugar and flour from your diet. Don't eat any meat or dairy products that have Bovine Growth Hormones (BGH) additives.


CELLULITE:

Mix 20 to 30 drops of juniper oil with 4 oz. olive oil. Rub mixture on hips, buttocks, and thighs to reduce cellulite. Let dry completely before washing it off.

Massage grapefruit oil into the cellulite areas on the body.

Take Hyland's Restless Legs homeopathic remedy.

Take a hot bath and soak the affected area for 20 to 30 minutes.

CHOLESTEROL:

Eat three shelled Brazil Nuts once each month to keep your cholesterol levels healthier.

By taking Lysine and Vitamin C daily, 2000 mg. of each, you can prevent clogged arteries and high cholesterol. This is reported to work better than Lipitor and a lot cheaper to use.

Take 1 Tablespoonful of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil every day to increase good cholesterol.

Twice a day take 1 Tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, in the morning and the evening about an hour before going to bed. It will keep your cholesterol levels healthier.

Every morning take 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 Tablespoon of Blackstrap Molasses mixed into a glass of warm water and drink it to lower cholesterol and fight allergies.


CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME:

Do a Parasite Cleanse because it's highly likely that you have a parasite overgrowth in your body. You may need to do cleanses for the whole system, but just do one at a time.

Some doctors think CFS is caused by the body being dehydrated. Try drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of pure water each day to hydrate your cells. It should make you feel better fast. To find out how much water your body needs, divide your weight by 2, and that's the number ounces water you should drink daily. For every cup of any caffeinated product you drink, you should add another 12 oz. pure water to offset the damage caffeine does to your body.

Take 2000 IU of Vitamin D3, three times each day.

Try eating 20 to 40 Goji Berries every day, or drink 4 to 8 oz. 100% pure Goji Berry Juice daily to give more energy, vitality, fight lethargy, and boost the immune system.

Take 4 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil daily, and use EVOCO to cook with. It also makes a good massage oil, and moisturizer for your skin.

CLEANSING YOUR AURA:

Use 3% Hydrogen Peroxide in a spray bottle and spray all the way around your body to cleanse your aura. All diseases originate in the aura, or bio-electromagnectic energy field surrounding every human body.

Learn to balance your chakras. I have a couple free websites that teach you how to do this. Find them on my main self-help index. The more balanced your chakras, the better you will feel.

Take a warm bath or shower with a pure lavender soap or Healing Garden Lavender shower gel or Dr. Teal's Lavender Sleep Gel. Bathing is one of the easiest ways to cleanse the aura. That is why you feel so good and clean when you get out of the tub. A warm lavender bath also helps you sleep better when done just before going to bed.

Use your fingers like you would a comb, and comb through the space surrounding your body from the top of your head to the bottoms of the feet. Cleanse your hands with lavender antiseptic hand soap liquid and running warm water before and after doing this.

Stand under a natural waterfall to cleanse the aura, but beware that rocks might fall on you too. Buying one of those natural waterfall shower heads is much safer.

Cleanse your aura by walking in the rain. However, never walk in the rain during a thunderstorm. Remember, if you can hear the thunder, you are close enough to get struck by lightning when outdoors.

Run in the wind with your arms held out wide like a child might do, letting it playfully and happily cleanse your aura.

Use a single turkey or owl feather or a feather whisk to make sweeping motions through the space surrounding your body known as your aura to cleanse it.

Smudge the area surrounding your body with the incense smoke from burning pure sage, lavender, or sweetgrass. All three herbs are very good aura cleansers. The purest incense is the natural kind, as in using the dried sticks of the herbs used.

It helps to keep the body hydrated and will remove toxins through urination. It is good to help with urinary tract infections and diseases. It can even be used as a substitute for blood plasma in an intravenous transfusion. It can help control diabetes. It can also help with weight loss.

COLD AND FLU PREVENTION:

If you have a cold and can handle raw garlic, place a clove of garlic between your tongue and cheek. Bite it every now and then to release some garlic juice. The raw garlic will help thin the mucus produced by the cold, as well as killing the germs causing it.

Drink 4 to 8 oz. 100% Pure Goji Berry Juice or eat 20 to 40 Goji Berries daily when you have a cold or the flu. Dried Goji Berries can be soaked in hot water overnight to reconstitute them, then liquify them in a blender to make the pure juice, or eat them as a puree. They don't taste bad at all.

Add pure cold-pressed sesame oil to your diet.

Suck on zinc lozenges to get rid of a cold or flu faster. Be careful not to ingest more than 115 mg. zinc in a 24-hour period or it could become toxic to the body.

In the early stages of a cold or the flu, place a washed, whole unpeeled grapefruit, cut into several pieces, into a pot and cover with water. Heat to a boil. Remove from heat. Add one Tablespoon honey. Drink the whole mixture like a hot tea.

Remember no germs can live in pure lemon juice or in pure honey. Any time you need germ fighters, use honey and lemon juice as part of the mixture.

Remember you can re-infect yourself and others when you have a cold or the flu. Practice good hygiene. Use Purell or a generic hand sanitizer gel after that on your hands to kill germs still there. Keep Lysol Spray around to spray the area where coughing and sneezing occurs. Keep plenty of antiviral tissues on hand, and line your bedside and bathroom garbage cans with thick plastic liners or maybe two. If you have to have something to throw up in, then it won't be so hard to clean up while you are sick.

Echinacea is a good herb to take to boost one's immune system, but do not take it longer than six months.

Drink 4 cups hot, green tea daily to cure a cold and boost your immune system to fight germs off easier in the first place.


COLD SORES:

Cold sores are the Herpes Simplex II virus activating in the body. Almost everyone in the world has this virus in their bodies. It is NOT the same as Herpes Simplex I virus STD that you can catch from having sex with someone who has genital Herpes, although you could use the same treatments for either. You should see a medical doctor immediately if you think you have the genital Herpes, and do not have sex with anyone because it is highly contagious. Even the cold sores are highly contagious. If you kiss someone with a cold sore, eat or drink after them, you can catch it.

Rembrandt makes a canker sore toothpaste that really does help heal mouth sores within using that first tube. You can buy it at www.drugstore.com.

Take the supplement Lysine, 1548 mg. daily to keep cold sores away. This works better than anything. Take it with the same amount of Vitamin C for an immunity boost to your system. If you do this at the first sign of an outbreak, it will disappear by the next day. Continue taking this for a week to make sure it doesn't come back.

Buy a tube of Carmex medicated lip balm, and use it frequently to heal the lips.

Combine Bergamot oil, Eucalyptus oil, Emu oil, and Tea Tree Oil and dab on the cold sores for relief.

Drink Earl Grey tea and apply some of the tea to the cold sore. Earl Grey tea has Bergamot Oil in it.

Take 2 zinc lozenges daily to cure cold sores.

Rub Campho Phenique on cold sores to heal them.


COLON PROBLEMS:

Do The Bowel Cleanse and the Parasite Cleanse recommended by Dr. Hulda Clark in her book, The Cure For All Diseases. Links to this can be found on my main index.

Take Vitamin D3 daily.

Eat pineapple, sweet potatoes, cabbage, beans, wheat germ, and wheat bran for colon problems.

Eat foods with lots of fiber every day and take Suprema Dolphilus tablets with each meal.

Take Indole-3 Carbinol supplements daily. This also helps curb foul odors in feces, as will Chlorophyll tablets taken daily.


CONJUNCTIVITIS:

Get rid of styes on the eyes by taking L-lysine supplements and Vitamin C, 2000 mg. each daily, until it has cleared.

Keep applying a warm damp washcloth over the stye.

At Walmart buy their generic Eye Itch drops to relieve itchiness of the eyes.

Take extra virgin coconut oil daily.

Take pure sesame oil daily.

Make sure you wash your hands with soap and warm water after using the bathroom. Then use Purell or Germ-X hand santizer gel afterwards to kill any germs on your hands that could re-infect your eyes if you touch them.

Hepar Sulphur is needed when one has wheezing in addition to styes forming on the eyes.

This is also called Pink Eye. Mix one part Baby Shampoo to ten parts water. Use a cotton ball or Q-tip to apply mixture to your eyelashes and eyelids to clean them. Keep your eyes shut while doing this.


CONSTIPATION:

Eat Activia yogurt daily to get your digestive system straightened out within 14 days. This works for constipation or diarhhea.

You need to eat more fiber every day to combat constipation, as well as drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to keep the colon hydrated.

This is a reported recipe to keep you regular. It is called GO PUDDING. In a bowl mix 1 cup applesauce, 1 cup prune juice, and 1 cup Fiber One Bran Flakes or Total cereal. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator, and take 2 Tbsp. daily. It thickens as it sets.

Drink a cup of hot water mixed with 2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice first thing when you get up in the morning. It should produce a bowel movement within a few minutes.

Drink hot ginger tea to get the bowels moving again.

Eat beans, apples, blueberries, cabbage, carrots, oatmeal, prunes, peaches, wheat bran, and wheat germ to get rid of constipation.

Eat a couple bananas daily.

Have your system checked to make sure you do not need Folic Acid if you suffer from prolonged constipation. You should never go over three days without a bowel movement. Ideally, your bowels should move within half an hour of eating a meal.

Cascara Sagrada is an herbal laxative you can use for constipation.

You can buy Magnesium Citrate in bottles at a drugstore that are flavored. Keep them chilled and drink a bottle at a time to end constipation.

Purchase some Magnesium Citrate and mix 1 tsp. to 2 Tbsp. powder into a cup of hot water and drink it at night before bed to relieve constipation. It might take more for your system but start with less and work up to more as needed. You can buy it in capsules as well. Take 2 to 4 of the capsules at night before bed with a glass of water. It also comes pre-mixed in flavored drink bottles sold at pharmacies.

Eat foods with high fiber content in them.

Constipation results when fecal matter becomes hardened in the colon. The body loses 5 pints of water each day through urination, perspiration, assimilation processes, etc. Drink lots of pure water every day to keep your body hydrated. For every 8 ounces of caffeine you consume, you need to drink an extra 12 oz. pure water to offset the negative results caffeine causes in your body. When a person does not drink the amount of water their body needs daily, diseases start to setup in the body. 75% of all diseases and pains can be eliminated by just drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day. To find out how much water your body needs daily, just divide your weight by 2. That is how many ounces water you should be drinking every day for good health. For every gallon water we drink, we need 1 tsp. Celtic sea salt for good health.


CORNS:

To remove corns, try rubbing castor oil on them twice a day. Soon you can peel off the corns revealing smooth skin beneath them.


COUGHS:

Dab a bit of Vick's Vapor Rub in the hollow of your throat to relieve a cough or wheezing.

Eat a banana to stop coughing.

Ginger, garlic, lemon, turmeric, cardamom, honey, and almonds are known to relieve a cough.

If coughing is keeping you awake at night, try this home remedy. Rub the bottoms of the feet of the person doing the coughing with Vick's Salve, and put them on a pair of socks. It should quiet their coughing.

A cold damp cloth placed across the neck and covered with a dry towel is all that is needed to rid some people of a cough.

Put a pair of ear plugs into the coughing person's ears to stop their coughing.

Grapefruit juice and honey mixed together and sipped can relieve a cough.

Apricots, fresh or dried, have been known to relieve a cough.

One cup of warm milk with a teaspoon of honey mixed into it, will stop a cough and allow the person to get some rest.

Thyme, fennel, salvia, hyssop, eucalyptus, and peppermint mixed together in a tea will relieve a cough.

To one cup boiling water, add 1/2 tsp. each ginger, cloves, and cinnamon. Let it steep for six minutes. Strain, add 1 tsp. honey, and drink it to stop a cough.

Mix 1 bottle Rock 'n' Rye, 1 small bottle lemon juice, and 1 jar honey together in equal amounts. Keep in a sealed bottle in your cabinet. Warm and take 2 Tbsp. this mixture as needed for any type coughing. For elderly people, mix it with a little ginger ale, then warm it. For children, give 1 tsp. mixture in some pure orange juice or you can substitue warm black tea for the alcohol.

Dab some peppermint oil onto your pillow cases at night to prevent coughing during sleep.

Suck on a peppermint to relieve a cough. Altoids are excellent.

Peel several garlic cloves, put them into a clean jar. Cover garlic with honey. Set in a warm place for two weeks or more until the garlic turns opaque. Take 1 teaspoonful as needed for any type coughing. Dilute with water to give to children.

Slice an onion in a container. Cover it with honey, and let stand overnight. Strain, take a teaspoonful as needed for coughs.

Drinking a tea made from violets is an excellent remedy for a chronic cough.

For a hard dry cough, make a tea out of anise, and drink it.

Mix 2 oz. honey, 2 oz. water. Boil and skim. Add 1 oz. vodka, 1 oz. wild cherry bark syrup, 1/2 oz. horehound syrup, 1/2 oz. rhubarb syrup, and 1/2 oz. gingerroot syrup. Shake well before each use. Take one teaspoon as needed for coughs.


CRYING SPELLS:

When a person cries most of the time, or is overly emotional, and overly sensitive to almost everything, it is a sign they need to take Ignatia Amara 30X, a homeopathic remedy. Pulsatilla is needed when one cries a lot and is very moody.


CUTS:

If you cut a finger, to stop the bleeding hold your hand above your heart level.

Peel an onion and carefully remove the clear skin membrane and place it over the cut like a bandaid to hold the skin together.

Apply a bandaid over the cut to stop the bleeding.

Apply some Neosporin ointment to the cut to make it heal faster.

Put sugar over the cut area to seal it.

Apply pure lemon juice on a cut to stop the bleeding but it will burn.


DANDRUFF:

Before you shampoo your hair, massage your scalp with extra virgin coconut oil or pure sesame oil. Leave it on overnight, then shampoo it the next morning to get rid of dandruff, and pre-condition your hair.

Rinse your hair after shampooing it, with 1 cup white vinegar, and work it into the scalp to get rid of dandruff.


DARK CIRCLES UNDERNEATH THE EYES:

Make a paste of 2 tsp. tomato juice, 1 tsp. pure lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. turmeric, and 1-1/2 tsp. flour. Carefully apply this paste around the eyes area without getting it into them. Leave it on for ten minutes then rinse it off with warm water. Never rub the eyes area, just gently pat it with your fingertips.


DEPRESSION:

Dr. Hulda Clark says in her book, The Cure For All Diseases, that in every case of depression she found four parasites that had attacked the brain. Doing her Parasite Cleanse is highly recommended. Remember to get rid of parasites that the entire family and any pets you have must do them or it does no good. Dr. Clark has frequencies she used to get rid of these parasites that you can use with a Rife Tone Generator. Some websites offer free downloads to let you use them before you buy them. Do your research online and find them and the Rife Frequencies Lists. Dr. Royal Raymond Rife found cures for many diseases way back in the early 1920's.

Add 1 pint of 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide to your bathwater to kill any invisible pathogens or parasites that live on the skin. Soak in it for 30 minutes. Yes, we do have invisible-to-the-naked-eye parasites that live on our skin, as well as inside the body. Eating prunes helps the memory and keeps a person regular with bowel movements.

Don't blame others for your problems. Our own thoughts are what creates our lives.

Remember, just because suicidal thoughts enter your mind, does NOT mean that you have to take action on them. I am convinced that depressed people do NOT want to kill themselves. They just want some relief from their emotional pain so that life is worth living again without pain, misery, and suffering all the time. Being depressed is like being in the pits of an emotional hell every day, and it can most definitely affect you physically as well. It is not possible to just shake it off or snap out of it, like some people think. No one would stay depressed if this could be done. But you can learn how to control your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, or at least manage them better on a daily basis. You need to learn how to NOT let others control and manipulate you in your environment. Only you can control how you react to your environment. Change your thoughts and you can change your life for better.

There are some good sites online that offer depression help through learning self-hypnosis. I have tried hypnosis and it gave me complete relief for several days. EFT on my main self-help links page also helps. Check out the water and sea salt cure towards the end of this page.

Shake your bottle of water vigorously before you drink it to oxygenate it, so it gives your body some extra oxygen. Adding a 1/2 tsp. of baking soda will make it bubble more as well, creating more oxygen. Cells need more oxygen to keep mutant or diseased cells from doing harm to the body daily. This is what causes us to have no energy and be very fatigued with pain and misery in our muscles and bones.

Take 2 droppersful of Sublingual B-Complex liquid that you can buy at Walmart. B12 is the energy vitamin. B12 does not build toxicity in the body and will be passed out in your urine if it is not needed. Vegetarians and fruitarians especially need a B-Vitamin Complex daily.

Take a quality B-Complex-100 supplement daily that has at least a good 100 mg. representation of all the B-Vitamins in it.

Take Shot of B12 vitamin supplements which give you 5000 mcg. B12 in each dose to help combat fatigue and low energy of depression. This will also help elderly people have more energy. It is about as good as having a medical doctor give you an injection of B12 and liver.

Eat 1 cup cooked spinach every day if you suffer from depression.

Eat 1 cup of cooked brown rice every day if you suffer from depression.

Eat apples with milk and honey every day.

Add pure cold-pressed sesame oil to your diet each day.

Eat potatoes every day. They work better for relieving depression than Prozac.

Eat cashews every day.

Eat 15 walnut halves daily to keep calm.

Take one to two grams of asparagus root powder in capsules once daily.

Drink a cup of hot tea made from Lady's Slipper to calm the nervous system.

Eating foods rich in the vitamin B complex, such as spinach, whole grains, brown rice, green vegetables, eggs, and fish helps restore vitality and cheerfulness to an individual. The diet of a person suffering from depression should completely exclude tea, coffee, alcohol, chocolate, soft drinks, white flour products, sugar, food colorings, chemical additives, white rice, and strong condiments. The diet should be restricted to three healthy meals. Fruits can be eaten in the morning for breakfast with milk and a handful of nuts or seeds. Lunch might consist of steamed vegetables, whole wheat bread, and a glass of buttermilk. A person suffering from depression can overcome it by being more active, turning away from the self, and diverting their attention towards other people and things. The pleasure of achieving something overcomes distress and/or misery.

Exercise also plays an important role in the treatment of depression. It not only keeps the body physically and mentally fit, but also provides recreation, mental relaxation, and is a natural tranquilizer. Exercise also tones up the body, provides a feeling of accomplishment, and reduces the sense of helplessness and hopelessness.

Depression cures are something that must be done daily, or it will return. It can be controlled by learning how to boost your own self-image and stop thinking negatively about yourself and others. Use positive affirmations daily.

A depressed person must learn the art of relaxation and meditation which will go a long way in managing depression. You must gain control over your nervous system and channel your mental and emotional energies into restful activities. This can be achieved by ensuring sufficient rest and sleep under peaceful and quiet conditions. Meditation will help create a balance in the nervous system. This will enable the hormonal glands to return to a correct state of balance and thereby overcome the feeling of depression. Depending upon the circumstances, six months or more of total peace and quiet and healthy nutrition in a clean, safe environment might be needed to begin to recover from the stressful events.


DETOXIFYING THE BODY OF POISONS:

Upon awakening make yourself a detoxifying drink of the following: 16 ounces AquaFina bottled water, 1 packet each True Lemon and True Lime powder, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, and 1 tsp. maple syrup. This drink helps eliminate toxins in the kidneys and dissolves kidney stones.

ORGANIC DETOXIFYING VEGETABLE SOUP

Put the following organic vegetables in a large soup pot. Peel six inches of raw gingerroot, then grate it, and put it in the pot along with 1 whole chopped onion, carrots, squash, celery, parsnips, parsley, spinach, and 1 tsp. cayenne pepper. Fill the pot with enough pure water to completely cover the vegetables. Bring it to a boil over medium heat. Let the soup boil for 5 minutes, then add 4 minced garlic cloves to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Keep the soup refrigerated, and eat all of it within 2 days. Eat nothing but this soup for the entire cleanse period. You can eat as much of it as you want. HOW TO REVERSE DIABETES

Twice a day take 1 Tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, in the morning and the evening about an hour before going to bed. Cinnamon and honey helps the body be better able to control sugar levels within.

Drink 4 cups of hot tea made from allspice buds each day to reverse diabetes. Use the amount that suits your taste preference placed in an empty tea bag and steeped in the hot water. Whole Allspice can be purchased at www.nuts.com and empty tea bags can be purchased at www.adagio.com.

Take two capsules daily of Cinnamon to lower blood sugar levels. Cinnamon is a blood thinner so do not take more than two capsules per day.

Mix 1 tsp. extracted juice from celery leaves with the stalks and 1 tsp. of honey, and drink it.

Eat a raw onion salad, or put raw onions in a capped jar and sniff it to fall asleep.

IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME:

Take peppermint capsules to calm IBS.

Make a cup of double strength peppermint tea, using two tea bags to one cup boiling water. Let it steep five minutes, then drink it to calm IBS symptoms.


JOCK ITCH:

At Walmart you can buy their Equate generic version of Tolnaftate in a tube of cream that will stop jock itch or any type fungal irritation immediately.

When your groin or abdominal area or underneath the breasts gets sweaty and bacteria cause an irritation, use that new bleach added dishwashing liquid as a bubble bath, and soak for ten minutes. It contains just enough bleach to kill the bacteria on the skin that is causing the irritation. Take a bath as you normally would, then apply some of the Tolnaftate cream to the affected areas for immediate relief.

Add a cup of Original Listerine to your bathwater to kill the fungus causing the infection.

Spray the area with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide to kill the fungus.

Apply apple cider vinegar to the rash. You might have to dilute it with warm water as it can burn raw or tender skin.

Apply Vick's Salve or Original Listerine to any type fungus to get rid of it.

Take 2000 mg. Lysine daily along with 2000 mg. Vitamin C.


KIDNEY, UTI, AND BLADDER PROBLEMS:

You can pass these infections onto your sexual partner. Both of you need to be treated at the same time to avoid keeping passing them back and forth sexually. Do NOT have sex until the infection has been cleared completely in both partners.

Take Cystex Cranberry which can be purchased over-the-counter at Walmart. Taking one Tbsp. is the same as drinking 8 glasses of cranberry juice and it does not taste like tart cranberry juice at all, but has a very pleasant, neutral flavor, and really works.

Eat a 12 oz. can of asparagus with the juices daily until the problem has cleared completely.

Drink 100% pure cranberry juice daily, (not the cranberry juice cocktail.) Cranberry juice has enzymes in it that make it difficult for bacteria to cling to your urinary tract. You can make your own cranberry juice by placing a package of frozen or fresh whole cranberries in a pot of water, and cooking them until they are mushy. Liquify them in a blender. Strain off the juice and drink as needed. Keep it refrigerated. Herb stores also sell a liquid cranberry concentrate in a bottle that you can mix with water to make your own cranberry juice.

Eat 1 oz. dried cranberries (Craisins) daily.

If you are prone to having problems with your urine being too acidic, try adding one heaping teaspoonful of Celtic Sea Salt to half a glassful of water, and drink it. The pain should reduce within 30 minutes if this treatment works for you.

Drink a mixture of 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar mixed into 1 cup warm water four times daily until the infection is gone.

Eat celery, cucumbers, grapes, and watermelon to make your body pH more alkaline so your bladder won't be as prone to get infections.

Eat more fresh vegetables, and don't eat red meat, white sugar, white flour, dairy products, alcohol, or caffeine.

Alkaline foods will help stop bladder pain if your UTI problem is related to candida overgrowth, as they will help prevent the overgrowth of yeast (candida) in the bladder.

If you can't enjoy regular milk, try making almond milk out of equal parts of water and almond slivers placed in a food processor or blender on high until the almonds are liquified. You can add Stevia for sweetener and cinnamon for flavor if desired.

Drink 1 teaspoonful Celtic Sea Salt mixed into a glass of water in the morning, taken with 4 cranberry pills, then at night before going to bed, add 1/2 teaspoonful of baking soda to a glass of water, and take 4 cranberry pills with it to cure a chronic bladder infection.

For almost instant relief for external only bladder pain, mix some tea tree oil, water, and 3% hydrogen peroxide, and dab it onto the genital area with cotton balls. This should work within 20 minutes if it's going to help you.

Urinate before and immediately after having sex, then wash your genitals with an antiseptic soap and rinse well to prevent a bladder infection. If partners have a UTI, they will just keep passing it back and forth to each other, so it is best to avoid having sex until the UTI has completely cleared up.

Do not wear baby powder on the genitals if you are prone to UTIs, as it can give a false reading in urine tests your doctor gives you.

Drink a cup of warm red raspberry tea with 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar mixed in it to get rid of kidney stones.

Kidney stones can be caused by a deficiency of magnesium. Have your magnesium levels checked by your doctor.

Take cranberry supplements, up to 4 twice a day.

Take Lysine, 2000 mg. daily, and Vitamin C, 2000 mg. daily.

To get rid of stones, take a hot bath and drink two bottles of beer that have been made with hops, while you are in the bathtub. You should pass the stone later that night.

To get rid of stones, boil 2 figs in 1 cup water and drink this every day for one month.

Take a good magnesium supplement daily if kidney stones run in your family genes, and you will not have them bother you.


LABYRINTHITIS:

When I had this as a side effect from having the flu twice in one year, I used Q-tips dipped in amber colored mouthwash to clean out my ear canals. Listerine is an antiseptic mouthwash, which I figured would help kill bacteria in my ears that could be causing me to be dizzy.

This is usually a side effect from having the flu where an inner ear infection messes up your equilibrium and you suffer from dizziness. About the only thing you can do is wear it off. It lasts about two full weeks. You can take diphenhydramine. You might wobble around like a drunk person, so don't drive a vehicle.


LICE:

Lice are highly contagious parasites that infect people by crawling from one scalp to others. They can do this through close contact or by getting on clothing, such as caps, coats, or by using another person's comb or brush. They exist off blood from the infected person. They lay eggs called nits in the hair follicles of infected persons. Children in schools and daycare centers or elderly people in nursing homes are prone to get lice, so keep their hair checked and cleaned often, as well as their hair tools. You will also need to change the bed linens of a person with lice daily until the infestation has cleared up or it can spread to an entire family, school, or nursing home.

To avoid getting lice in any type setting, have your whole family regularly use a shampoo and conditioner that contain tea tree oil.

Spray the infected person's head and scalp with straight Original Listerine (the amber colored one.) Soak it in good. Put on a shower cap and leave it on overnight. Shampoo it out the next morning. Comb the hair with a fine-toothed comb to remove all the dead lice and any nits (eggs) that might still hatch. Repeat if necessary.

Coat the hair and scalp with real mayonnaise. Put on a shower cap and let it remain all night. Shampoo out the first thing next morning. Use a fine-toothed comb to comb through the hair to remove all lice and nits. Continue doing this each night until all signs of lice are gone.


LIVER PROBLEMS:

Take the herb Milk Thistle to cure any liver problems. Take as directed on the bottle for up to six months to repair the liver. Milk Thistle is the finest herb for the liver.

Make a roll-on bottle full of pure peppermint oil and pure lavender oil, and keep it to rub on your temple, forehead, and back of your neck areas when you feel a migraine headache coming on. Lay down and sleep it off, before you get to the nausea point, in a darkened room, or wear a sleep mask.

A Migraine aura causes no pain, but it is still a part of the migraine headache spectrum. You see a zigzag line that starts off small over your corneas in both eyes and increases in size until it blocks your total vision. The only thing I have found that helps is to lay down and close your eyes until it passes. Do NOT try to drive a vehicle when you are having a migraine aura.

Drink two large glasses of Gatorade to cure a headache.

GATORADE
You can make your own Gatorade for pennies by putting a gallon of pure water in a large pitcher, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt, 1 cup sugar, and 1 pkg. Lemon-lime Kool Aid. Mix together and enjoy. This is an easy recipe to replace the electrolytes in a person's body.


MOSQUITO BITES:

Make a paste of aspirin and water and apply to the insect bites.

Apply a paste of cornstarch and water to any insect sting or bite for relief.

Make a paste of meat tenderizer and water and apply to the mosquito bite.

Apply lime juice to the mosquito bite.

Make a paste of baking soda and water and apply to any bites for relief.

Dab the bites with ammonia for instant relief.

Bugs hate the smell of pure vanilla. Mix a spray bottle of water that contains pure vanilla to keep on hand to spray every two hours when you are in an area that has flying insects, like mosquitoes, gnats, and flies. Mix 2 Tablespoons of Pure Vanilla to a spray bottle of water and spray it onto your skin or in your home.


MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS:

Use Magnesium Oil to rub onto painful areas and let it stay on for 30 minutes to an hour each day, then rinse it off with warm water. If you leave it on, it could make your skin itch. You can make your own at home by mixing equal parts of Magnesium Chloride flakes with water in a quart jar with a lid. In about an hour's time the flakes will dissolve. It looks oily, but there is no oil in it. Use it to massage onto any body part that aches or hurts for pain relief within ten days. Do NOT take it internally. Talk to your doctor before trying this to make sure it is okay with him for you to try. Magnesium Chloride will work to heal any pain, aches, bites, or stings when used transdermally applied daily. Drink a glassful of pure water to which you add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, stirring until dissolved, and drink with your three meals you eat each day.

Take 50,000 IU Vitamin D3 per week in 2000 IU doses three or four times a day.

Try eating 40 Goji Berries every day, or drink 8 oz. 100% pure Goji Berry Juice daily.

Take 1 Tbsp. or more of pure cold-pressed sesame oil daily.

Take 4 Tbsp. extra virgin organic coconut oil daily.

Take 1 Tbsp. of Flax Oil daily.


MUSCLE TENSION:

Try eating 20 Goji Berries every day, or drink 4 oz. 100% pure Goji Berry Juice daily.

Take 10 mg. Astaxanthin daily to reduce muscle pain.

NAUSEA, MORNING SICKNESS, MOVING SICKNESS, DIZZINESS OR VERTIGO:

Apples, saltine crackers, gingerroot, pure water, nuts, chicken broth, sports drinks, bananas, peppermint, red raspberry tea, ginger tea, and peppermint tea may help relieve nausea.

Buy fresh gingerroot from your supermarket's produce section. Wash and peel it. Put it into a food processor, and puree it into a mush. Place this in a large clean bottle. Make a simple syrup of 2 cups sugar or Splenda and 2 cups bottled water heated until the sugar is dissolved. Then pour into the bottle with the pureed gingerroot. Cap the bottle. Shake often. Keep refrigerated and take 2 Tbsp. as needed. This can be made into a warm tea by adding 2 Tbsp. pureed gingerroot to a cup of hot water and stirring. Ginger tea will stop nausea and dizziness better than anything.

Mix 1 tsp. each lime juice and mint, and 1 Tbsp. honey, and take three times a day for any type nausea.

Drink a cup of warm water to which 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar have been added to help relieve dizziness.

You can buy Ginger capsules at an herb store. Take 4 capsules with a glass of pure water to relieve nausea. This works as good as Dramamine and does not make you sleepy.

Put 10 to 15 seconds of acupressure on the middle area of the inside of both your wrists to relieve nausea.

Morning sickness during pregnancy can be helped by drinking red raspberry tea purchased at an herb store. This also strengthens the uterus against having a miscarriage.

Eat a banana to keep morning sickness at bay.

You might not have any morning sickness if you just drink sufficient water for you and your baby. Nausea can be a sign of being dehydrated.

Make a tea by pouring boiling water over peach tree leaves then drinking it to treat morning sickness.

Boil 1/2 cup long grain rice in 1 cup water for 10 minutes. Strain off the water and drink it to stop nausea. This is supposed to help stop diarrhea as well.

Mix 1/8 teaspoon each of salt, vinegar, mustard, nacho cheese, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add one cup of water, mixing well, then drink it to stop dizziness.

When you feel dizzy, take a copper penny, put it in your hand, and close your fingers for a few minutes.

Mix the juice of one lemon with a cup of water, a sprinkling of black pepper and salt, and drink it to stop dizziness.

Sit down. and have someone put their hand on top of your head for thirty seconds. Take the hand off slowly to stop dizziness.

Hyland's makes a good homeopathic remedy for Motion Sickness.

Nausea, diarrhea, upset stomach, or just feeling queasy, drink the sweetened heavy fruit syrup from a can of peaches or drink a glass of flat soft drink.


NERVE PROBLEMS:

Take Vitamin D3, 2000 IU, three times a day.

Try eating 20 Goji Berries every day, or drink 4 oz. 100% pure Goji Berry Juice daily.

Try to pinpoint what is causing your high stress level. Getting to the root of one's problems always helps tremendously. Change your thought patterns. No one or nothing, can upset you unless you let it. Take control of your personal power and be in charge of your Self.

Talk your problems out with a loved one. Don't bottle it up, or things will only get worse.

Take a good quality (meaning it has at least 100 mg. of each of the B vitamins in it), B-Complex capsule daily, along with an extra 2000 mcg. B-12, as the B vitamins help heal the nervous system.

Take Bioplasma to make sure your system is getting all the cell salts it needs daily. Hyland's makes a combination cell salts just for the nerves called Nerve Tonic which can be purchased online at www.drugstore.com or www.vitacost.com.

Make a warm cup of tea from equal parts of lemon balm, lavender, and passion flower to calm anxiety and the nerves. This combination works within five minutes of drinking the tea.

Drink passionfruit juice daily to keep the nerves calmer. Welch's makes a good frozen passionfruit juice concentrate.

Eat a couple bananas to calm your nerves.

Eat 15 walnut halves to calm the nerves.

Use Sunflower Oil and Safflower Oil in your cooking to help rebuild the myealin sheath nerve endings.

Drink any one of the following warm, herbal teas: green tea, passionflower, scullcap, sage, celery seed, peppermint, hops, valerian, chamomile, lavender, lemon balm or Stress-Free. Mix 2 tsp. any one of the aforementioned herbs to one cup boiling water. Let steep for five minutes, then drink it to relax the nerves. If you use teabags, use 1 teabag per cup or 2 teabags for double strength.

Drop ten drops Lobelia Extract under the tongue, or take two Lobelia capsules to relax the nerves. Lobelia is the most powerful herbal relaxant in the herb kingdom. If you have toxins in your stomach, Lobelia probably will make you throw up until the toxins are all gone. Never take more than a few drops of Lobelia as it is a powerful emetic in larger doses.

Take magnesium cell salts that can be purchased at herb stores. When a body is low or depleted of magnesium, the nervous system, the brain, the kidneys, and the heart can be affected.

Take Natural Calm, magnesium citrate powder that is water soluble to calm the nerves.

Use a homeopathic product called Calms Forte, which is designed to calm nerves.

Learn all you can about Flower Essences, as they are made for the emotions. The ones you need you will sense when reading about them. Flower Essences are flowers' petals that have been soaked in pure water for 24 hours to get their essence, then strained and bottled. Each bottle is about the size of a pinky finger. Take 2 drops under the tongue, four times daily, until emotions are rebalanced. Rescue Remedy is the only Flower Essence in which you take 4 drops under the tongue, four times daily. If you take more, you are only wasting your Flower Essences. You will be able to tell a difference after taking one bottle as directed. If they do not work, then you need to take Holly Flower Essence to release some of the anger inside you, so they will be able to work. You can take up to six Flower Essences at one time if needed.


OBSESSIVE-COMPULSIVE DISORDERS:

Remind yourself that "I" am in control of my "Self" and that you consciously choose to control your obsessiveness or compulsive behaviors. The "I" is the intelligent part of your personality. The "Self" is the part of yourself that can bombard your brain with thousands of racing thoughts on every subject and can drive you out of your mind with them. It is not necessary to keep repeating behaviors when you do this. Just keep reminding yourself that you have a conscious choice and can choose to do something or not everytime you get the urge to obsess or compelled to perform repeated behaviors. If you are an intelligent person, you know that it is not necessary to keep repeating those same patterns, and can consciously choose to control them, instead of letting them control you to the point of insanity.


OVERWHELM:

If you are an Empathic Sensitive, and go into overwhelm, get alone, eat something nourishing for your body, then either do something that you enjoy doing alone or go to sleep as soon as you can. Usually you will feel much better afterwards. Become aware of the things in life that triggers you to go into overwhelm and try to avoid them.

Take Vitamin D3 daily.

Try drinking a cup of any hot tea, sweetened, and a lot of heavy cream added to it. I use a tsp. Splenda and a lot of heavy cream per cup, probably 2 or 3 Tbsp. heavy cream per cup. Something about this calms my system down again.

Stay away from people who drain you emotionally.

Herbal teas that I use to help calm my own nervous system are Sleepytime, Passionflower, Lady's Slipper, Lavender, Skullcap, and Kava-Kava.

Press your thumbs and index fingertips together on both hands to block out whatever it is you are absorbing that is causing the overwhelm to your nervous system.


PAIN RELIEF:

Take Vitamin D3 daily, 2000 IU, three or four times daily. Vitamin D3 relieves chronic pain.

Take two calcium and magnesium supplements for pain relief. A doctor said if more people would reach for calcium and magnesium combination supplements instead of paid medications they would be much better off for pain relief.

Take Acai, Mangosteen, Pomegranate, and Noni supplements.

Drink Noni Juice daily.

Rub pure cold-pressed sesame oil into the area that has pain for relief.

Use Mullein capsules or extract for pain relief which can be purchased an your local herb store or online.

Cayenne pepper added to lotions or creams will bring pain relief when massaged or rubbed into the muscles or joints. Be careful not to use too much or it will be too hot to bear. Never touch your eyes after using cayenne pepper, or you will be in great pain, even after washing your hands. Zostrix is a good OTC cream that contains cayenne that can be rubbed on for pain relief.

Mix 3 Tbsp. honey to one cup hot water, and drink it for pain relief.


PANIC ATTACKS:

Take Vitamin D3, 2000 IU, three to four times per day.

Eat 15 walnut halves to calm your panic.

Take Vitamin D3 daily.

Take up to five garlic capsules daily.

Eat pumpkin seeds daily to kill parasites.


PMS:

Keep a glass of water to drink, nearby, just in case you can't tolerate the strong peppers.

Have your doctor give you an injection of Rocephin, a wonder drug that can knock pneumonia out almost instantly when it is caught in time.


PROSTATE GLAND PROBLEMS:

Take the herb Saw Palmetto Berries to strengthen the prostate gland.

Eat cooked tomatoes often to get Lycopene to strengthen the prostate gland.

Eat pumpkin seeds.

Eat peanuts, watermelon, and grapefruit.

Have sex regularly with your mate, to keep the prostate gland healthy. If for some reason, this is not possible, masturbation can keep the prostate gland from causing you problems. Once a man is used to having regular sex, then stops, prostate gland problems may occur.


PSORIASIS:

Take Vitamin D3, 50,000 IU per week, in 2000 IU doses, three to four times each day.

Lay in a tanning bed daily for 10 to 20 minutes exposing the psoriasis to the UVL light to help heal the lesions. This is much cheaper than taking those UVL treatments at a dermatologist's office.

Massage pure cold-pressed sesame oil into the psoriatic areas at bedtime, then bathe or shower in the morning. You can also use this on your scalp at night, then shampoo it out in the morning.

Take a warm bath with 1/2 cup 3% Hydrogen Peroxide mixed into it to kill any parasites on your body.

Dab the sore areas with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide on a Q-Tip.

You can use Comfort Care disposable shampoo caps on your hair until the psoriasis gets better if it hurts to shampoo your hair. You use them once and throw them away. They clean your hair and condition it without using water. Excellent for anyone who is an invalid or bedridden. You can buy them online at Sam's Club.

Eat some low-fat cottage cheese and take 3 Tbsp. Flaxseed Oil daily, and rub some of the oil on the affected areas as well.

Eat two servings of salmon daily. Eat lots of fiber and less beef and eggs. Beef and eggs will aggravate psoriasis.

Take 120 mg. Milk Thistle three times a day to reduce psoriasis outbreaks.

Do a Parasite Cleanse.

Take 4 Tbsp. extra virgin coconut oil daily. Rub the affected areas often with additional coconut oil. The oil can be used on any part of the body or scalp that is affected with psoriasis.

Take a good quality B-Complex Vitamin daily.

Soothe eczema and psoriasis by applying pure olive oil directly to the irritated area using one teaspoon per square inch. It creates a seal so the skin won't dry out. For serious psoriasis cases, cover olive oil applied to the skin with plastic wrap overnight. If it's on the scalp, after applying the olive oil generously onto your scalp, wear a plastic shower cap over your hair overnight, then shampoo hair and rinse well in the morning.


RESTLESS LEGS SYNDROME:

Take Vitamin D3 daily.

Place a fresh bar of soap underneath your fitted sheet on your bed. It will stop your legs from jumping. This really works! Change the bar of soap every three months.


RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS:

Try eating 20 Goji Berries every day, or drink 4 oz. 100% pure Goji Berry Juice daily.

Make a remedy of pure kosher blackberry wine mixed with a bottle of pure blackberry syrup, and take as needed. Check the labels before buying and use only real, not artificial flavors or this home remedy won't work.

Buy a bottle of Black Elderberry Extract from any GNC store, then mix it with a small bottle of Peppermint Schnapps. Take 1 or 2 Tbsp. as needed to help breathing problems.

For any respiratory problems, try for 3 mornings, before you have breakfast, making a drink of 2 Tbsp. Tomato Juice, 1/8 tsp. each black pepper and cayenne pepper, and drinking it. Keep a glass of water to drink, nearby, just in case the peppers are too strong for you. 1/8 tsp. equals a pinch.

Take the herb Lobelia to help respiratory infections heal. Lobelia will bring up phlegm.


RINGWORM:

Try eating 20 Goji Berries every day, or drink 4 oz. 100% pure Goji Berry Juice daily.

Give the patient with ringworm colloidal silver water internally and apply it externally to the sores.

Use 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide on the ringworm.

Apply apple cider vinegar to the rash for relief.

Take Vitamin D3 daily.

Apply tea tree oil or Vitamin E oil to the sores.


SCARS:

Massage the scarred area with pure cold-pressed sesame oil daily.

Rub Shea Butter on the scar daily.

To minimize scarring as a wound heals, keep the skin soft with petroleum jelly and a bandage for three to five days.

For wrinkles or scars, one can use extra virgin coconut oil massaged into them to get rid of them. Coconut oil can be taken internally also. It is one of the good fats.


SEPSIS:

The homeopathic remedy, Gunpowder 6X might help.

Harvard has a machine that can clean a person's entire blood system of 99% of contaminants in 30 minutes.

High IV Doses of Vitamin C might help.


SHINGLES:

Shingles are a recurrence of the dormant chicken pox virus that breaks out again later in life from too much stress. It is a reddish/purple rash that goes around your waist area and makes your life miserable. Shingles can be very contagious to others who get around them or touch them. If you must treat them, use Q-tips or wear latex gloves. Medical doctors treat shingles with prescription steroids.

Try eating 40 Goji Berries every day, or drink 8 oz. 100% pure Goji Berry Juice daily.

Dab the shingles with pure cold-pressed sesame oil on Q-tips for relief. Pure Sesame Oil is an antiviral.

Apple cider vinegar can be applied to the shingle's rash for relief.

Take Vitamin D3 daily.

Dab some extra virgin coconut oil onto the shingles with Q-tips. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is an antiviral. You need to take 4 Tbsp. of extra virgin coconut oil a day for healing shingles.

Apply 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide to the affected areas with Q-tips.

Pure honey can be dabbed onto the affected areas with Q-tips.

Crush two aspirin and add 2 Tbsp. chloroform. Mix well. Apply to shingles with Q-tips. Should give relief within five minutes.

Crush two aspirin and mix into some aloe vera lotion and apply with Q-tips to the shingles for relief.

Take 1000 mg. Lysine four times a day, along with the same amount of Vitamin C.

Take 500 mg. Olive Leaf extract three times a day for shingles.

Take Colloidal Silver water internally and dab the Shingles with it externally.

Cleanse the liver with Milk Thistle, so it can do its job better to remove poisons in the body that can cause rashes like Shingles to recur.


SHOCK:

Get the person who is in shock to drink a cup of very strong, black, hot, very sweet tea to bring them out of shock.


SINUSITIS:

Try eating 20 Goji Berries every day, or drink 4 oz. 100% pure Goji Berry Juice daily.

Use a product called HeadOn For Sinus Headache that is rubbed across the forehead for sinus headache relief.

Take Vitamin D3 daily.

For any type sinus problems, respiratory infections, bronchitis, or pneumonia, for three mornings straight, before you eat breakfast, make a drink by mixing 2 Tbsp. Tomato Juice, a pinch or 1/8 tsp. each of black pepper and cayenne pepper, and drink it. Have a glass of water ready to drink, just in case the peppers are too strong for you.

Eat chili peppers, wasabi, horseradish, or cayenne pepper to drain the sinuses, providing you can tolerate that kind of heat.

Using Q-tips, swab some pure cold-pressed sesame oil into each nostril and ear canal for relief of sinusitis.

Mix 1 part Echinacea, 1 part Goldenseal, and 1 part Marshmallow leaf. Use 2 tsp. per cup of boiling water. Simmer for 15 minutes and drink 1 cup every 2 hours.

Take Bioplasma cell salts daily.

Try Diflucan for sinusitis.

Heat a large pot of water until it is steaming. Add some essential oils of lavender and eucalyptus. Hold a towel over your head being careful to not get burned and inhale the steam to help your sinuses.

Make a nasal rinse solution with 2 cups warmed pure water, 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt, and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Stir to completely dissolve. Using either a baby ear syringe or nasal syringe or a Neti pot, fill with this warm solution. Keep your face over the lavatory while squirting the solution into both nostrils. The solution will drip back out. Repeat until you use all the liquid. Blow your nose to clean out the infection between repeats.

Eat plenty of Hot and Sour Chinese Soup and drink a gallon of Poland Spring Water a day when you have a sinus infection for relief. I have a recipe for Hot and Sour Soup on my Chinese Recipes website.

Mix 2 Tablespoons raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar (available at health food stores) and 1 teaspoon honey in a mug of hot water. Drink this four times a day to help cure a sinus infection.

Eat horseradish or wasabi to loosen your sinuses. They will start to drain immediately. Be careful though, a little bit goes a long, long ways, as both are very strong.


SKIN IRRITATIONS or RASH:

Rub pure cold-pressed sesame oil on your skin to relieve skin irritations, and help your skin become clear and smooth.

Make an ointment that can be used on any type rash on the body by mixing 2 tsp. anti-itch cream, 2 tsp. zinc oxide cream, 2 tsp. triple antibiotic ointment, 1 tsp. olive oil, and 1 tsp. cornstarch until smooth. Store it in a capped bottle to use as needed.

For skin irritations, blemishes, and itchy rashes take an over-the-counter antihistamine such as Benadryl.

Apple cider vinegar can be applied to skin irritations for relief.

Apply 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide with a Q-Tip.

Dab Colloidal Silver water on skin irritations.

Try rubbing Purell clear gel skin sanitizer or Germ-X on the itching for relief.

Use Gold Bond Medicated Cream to give relief from itching.

Eczema can be relieved by grating some nutmeg and mixing it with the affected person's saliva then applied to the eczema.

Dry, itching skin can be relieved by pulverizing 1 cup dry oatmeal in a blender or food processor on high, then adding 1 cup hot water, 1 tsp. lavender oil, and 1/2 cup baking soda. Add this to your bathtub as you are filling it up for your bath. Soak your body for at least 15 minutes, then shower, and pat your body dry with a soft white towel.

To soothe skin instantly, spritz cold mineral-rich spring water over the area as it relieves pain from burns and rashes. It's also used to treat itching and redness following laser skin resurfacing.


SKUNK ODOR REMOVAL:

Mix 2 pints of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide in a large bucket with 1/4 cup baking soda, and 2 tsp. of liquid Soft Soap, and one quart of warm water. Use this solution to wash thoroughly. Leave the solution on for at least five minutes or until the odor is gone. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Sometimes it is necessary to repeat this procedure if the skunk spray is particularly heavy. Pour any solution that remains in the bucket down the drain. This works better than bathing in tomato juice to remove skunk odor.

HOW TO REMOVE SKUNK ODOR


SLEEPING ALL THE TIME:

When a person is sick, the body will need more sleep than usual, as the body heals when asleep. Let the sick person sleep as much as they need. Just make sure they have something nourishing to eat and drink at least three times a day. If there is a lot of noise, give them earplugs to wear, so they can sleep peacefully.

Brush your teeth with 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, then rinse your mouth with it for whiter teeth and fresher breath.

A great teeth whitener is to mix equal parts baking soda and sea salt, then brush your teeth with it. It leaves them feeling clean. If you cannot use the salt due to blood pressure problems, that's ok, just use the baking soda and it should work the same. Rinse mouth with warm water afterwards.

4 oz. Garlic juice

VINEGAR OF THE FOUR THIEVES RECIPE:

Use equal parts of the following herbs:
lavender
sage
rosemary
thyme
lemon balm
hyssop
peppermint
handful minced garlic cloves

Blend in a capped Mason jar. Pour a quart of pure apple cider vinegar over the herbs. Let infuse for six weeks, shaking daily. Strain herbs and garlic. Use infused vinegar as a topical spray to disinfect surfaces and air, including skin, and take internally as a tincture. All of these are either potent antibacterials or antivirals.
