Another Life Snatched-To Will, R.I.P.
School was almost over
Only a week more to attend
Graduation creeping closer
But one would not make the walk
Everything ended for him
It was not caused by drunk driving
Or even a murder
It was a mere accident
That ended his young life
Many now mourn the loss
Especially the ones who found out today
His parents will miss him most
His real mother had already passed
Now his girlfriend can only sit
Look at her ring
Remember the promise he cant keep
And live without her love
Wishing to tell him the things
She longed to say
His death touched many
Every person uttered his name
People who only barely knew him
Sat solemnly
Almost in tears
Graduation will not be happy this year
No time for celebration
Many will be lost in tears
In memory of the one
Who missed graduation
Story:This poem is dedicated to William John ((RIP)). He was a senior that i knew a bit. I had talked to him a lil bit and had a lil crush on him during the first part of my freshman year. I thought he was just too cute. Well a week and a half before we got out of skool he was in a 4wheeler accident and died. It upset a lot of people. I cried a lot over it. I know I didnt know him too well but I mean I still knew him and it was just sad for someone so young to die. And I use to be best friends with his girlfriend. they were together for such a long time. it really made me think about what i would go through if someone i was close to was taken away from me like dat. and on prom night will gave jennifer ((his girlfriend)) a promise ring. its just soo horribly sad. he was the one of the nicest guys. he was always nice to mes.
