nothing can be offered
to make me happy
no jester can be stupid enough
to make me crack a smile
surrounding myself with people
only makes it worse
knowing it isnt me they see
im covered up
no eyes can find me
having everything
does not create love
receiving what is asked
wont end my suffering
nothing can change it
nothing can stop it
no matter what there is
all around me tonight
understand this
my destiny is to be left
with absolutely nothing
even with all i have now
it will be gone tomorrow
