didnt think anything of it
only meant to be friendly
its only a number
a short conversation
one that meant nothing
ended the same as it began
boring and monotnous
i felt bad about it
knew you liked him
the one you barely know
so familiar it seems again
but its the way it is
told you the truth
held nothing back
friends
co workers
nothing else implied anywhere
you wont understand
refuse to
allowing anger to take over
green eyed devil playing around in your mind
at least thats how it seems
with an accusation
almost sealing your fate
will never admit i did such a thing
know it was not my intention
say what you will
he will not end this friendship
will not allow it
stupidity we all must lack
