how do you know it was really love?
what if it was
nothing at all?
especially at the age
you were at
and just a substitute
for what youve lost
from others long past
some thing has to explain this though
why my heart is on fire
and thinking of you all the time
why such darkness has overcome me
leaving me here
but my heart
lingering back with you
i dont know what it is
questioning it at times
and if its love
as i know that it is
will its desire
ever go away?
or be reanswered?
