here i am
all the time
trying to clean myself
of self pity
and loathing
but you dont see this
and you dont want to understand
why i hate myself this much
and drown in poisoned water
so i tempt you
to drink as i do
luckily
you are more than me
your body rejects it
as i fall further
into a self dug hole
