Faye opened her eyes to look around her. She was not in her room. 'Oh, no,' she thought to herself thinking about waking up in David's room yesterday.
She focused in on the room better and realized that she was in Kate's room. She smiled as the memories of the night before came back to her. She turned slightly and saw that the space next to her was empty. She was grateful. There would be no scene that morning. Obviously Damon understood that it was only going to be for the night.
She got up off the bed and grabbed Kate's robe that was nearby. She picked up her clothes that were scattered about the floor. With her arms full of her things, she headed upstairs towards her rooms. She had to take a shower and then got herself something to eat.
She smiled when she saw the sight in her room. Obviously Kate had came up here when she was kicked out of her own room. Faye did not mind, it was only fair. She threw her things in her clothes hamper and went to take her shower.
Minutes later Faye headed back downstairs only wearing her robe. She decided to eat before she put some clothes on. She was in no hurry that morning. She had no plans. She walked through the rooms downstairs and saw the mess that was left over from the party. She walked into the kitchen and saw that her friends were sitting at the table. They seemed to have been waiting for her.
Faye smiled at them, and Kate grinned back at her. "So how was your night?" Kate asked her friend.
"It was pleasant."
"Now Faye, you know that you are going to have to tell me more than that."
"As a matter of fact I don't"
"Why not?"
"Because it was none of your business."
"It was to. It was my room after all."
"But you were not there my dear."
"Hell, Faye."
Faye only smiled at her friend. "So when did he leave?"
Linda answered her. "About six this morning. He took Stephanie with him."
Kate laughed, "You know, she slept in the bathroom all night. The girl was drunk up her ass."
Faye laughed into the coffee that she had just poured into her cup. "There was a lot to drink last night."
Linda smiled, "You wouldn't believe how many people spent the night. I had to wake them all up when I came down this morning."
"I wonder how many of them are going to get fired from their jobs." Faye said to Kate.
Kate shrugged, "The party was worth it."
"Maybe to you."
"I assure you my good friend, that the party was worth it to many of the delivery guys that were here last night?"
Faye laughed. "Did you sleep with all of them?"
"There is not enough time in one night."
"Did you try?"
"Of course not Faye. I enjoyed the night with only one guy."
"Good for you." Faye grabbed a muffin off of the table and bit into it. "And what about you Linda, did you enjoy the party?"
"I enjoyed myself just fine."
"Ha," Kate let out. "She went to bed alone."
Faye rolled her eyes at Kate. "There is nothing wrong with that. Linda is a good person, unlike us. She would not go to bed with just anybody."
"I don't just have sex with anybody. I do have my requirements."
"As do I."
Kate frowned, "But there does seem to be a lot of guys who fit our requirements."
"Yes, there is. Maybe in the future we will got more picky about these things."
"Maybe. That is when I finally decide I want to marry."
"Marriage? You actually want to get married?" Linda asked. She was in shock.
Kate rolled her eyes at her. "Of course I do. I want a rich man who can give me everything I want."
"One that already has a foot in the grave?" Faye asked.
Kate shook her head. "You're not listening. I said I want a man who can give me everything that I want. How can a man like that give me a great sex life? I want a young, handsome doctor."
Faye smiled as she finished her muffin. She stood up from her chair. "I'll go upstairs and put some clothes on, and then I'll come down so we can clean up the house. You don't want Mr. Giles to know what we did to his house do you?"
"I frankly don't care what that man thinks." Kate mumbled as Fay left the room.
