Faye was about to leave the University campus with Kate and Linda. She had picked them up from the house after she had left Damon's apartment. They had decided that they were going to go out to lunch together. Faye was laughing at something that Kate had said when she noticed Stephanie, and Stephanie was staring at her. Faye smiled and waved at the girl. Stephanie turned away.
"Looks as if she is still mad about you taking Damon," Linda said to Faye.
"She needs to get over it. It's been over a month already."
"True," Kate started. "But Damon is a very handsome man, and no one would willingly give him up. Not even you Faye."
Faye frowned at her friend. "I believe that I would, Kate. I have never been interested in a real relationship until Damon, but if he wished it to be over I'm sure I can handle it. I am an expert on that you know."
"Maybe one day we will find out for sure."
"Maybe." That was when Faye had noticed Damon. He was parked not far from her own car in his black Ferrari. Faye stopped walking and watched Damon. He was leaning against the car waiting. He was waiting for her.
"I wonder what he wants." Kate said out loud. "You are still going to take us to lunch aren't you?"
Faye smiled, "Of course. Why don't you two head toward the car, and I will see what Damon wants."
Faye did not wait to see if the girls were doing what she told them to. She walked away from them and headed towards Damon. She could feel a pair of eyes watching her. She turned her head slightly, and saw that once again Stephanie was watching her. Faye continued on to Damon. She smiled up at him when she stood in front of him. "This is a surprise Damon. I never expected you to visit me at school."
Damon looked down at her through mirrored sunglasses. "It was important."
Faye frowned, "Did something happen?"
"Yes, but it's nothing serious. I have to go away for a few days with my brother. I will not be able to be with you tonight. It is important business that I have to deal with."
Faye nodded, "That is okay. You go and spend a few days with your brother. I will be waiting when you return."
"Are you okay with this?"
"Of course I am Damon. He is your brother and you should spend sometime with him, even without this business that you have to deal with. Family is important." That brought Faye's thoughts to Diana. She made a note to get in touch with her cousin.
"I will be back as soon as I can."
"Take your time."
"I will be gone no longer than a week."
Faye laughed, "Come, kiss me. Then you go to your brother."
Damon took Faye into his arms and gave her a long passionate kiss. When they broke away Faye turned her head slightly, and sure enough Stephanie was still watching. "It seems that we have a small audience."
Damon turned to look. He saw Stephanie and nodded at her. Stephanie turned quickly and walked away. Faye stepped away from Damon. "Go."
Damon nodded and got behind the wheel of his car. "You will be at the penthouse when I return?"
Faye nodded, "I will spend every night there and wait for you."
Faye watched as Damon drove away. When she could no longer see his car she headed towards her own car. She began to make plans on entertaining herself until Damon returned. She would be faithful to him, but sex was not the only way to have fun.
