Heart Song Sampler. Stitched for our 25th Wedding Anniversary, January 9, 2006.
Black Cat Sampler Ornament for Kiwi Jo :)
I wanted to stitch a gift for Jo and when I saw this design, I knew it was perfect for her.
Bee Happy Bag
I turned this into a nice little bag. I love the way it turned out :) The finishing fabric on the back is the yellow bee print. The inside is also lined with the bee print.
Close Up
I love this piece and wanted to make it into a keepsake sewing book for myself. It has a place for needles, fibers, and scissors. I was going to add pages and pockets but decided against it as the piece isn't that big. I love the way it turned out.
This is one of the Cricket Collections Acorns. I turned it into a Scissor Pocket. This is another example of how you can close the bottom of your pocket. I added fall leaves.
This is a freebie I stitched about 4-5 years ago. I have been trying to decide how to finish it and after making the Swan case for Isabelle, I thought this one would be great finished off that was as well. It turned out lovely! I used pins around the heart on this one-both front and back-I love what that added to it.
