Graphics Software--any program that produces “pictures” or “art”

- Drawing Programs--draw images stored as mathematically defined objects; useful for technical drawings
- Computer-aided Design (CAD)--specialized drawing programs; architectural and engineering drawings
- Graphing Programs--produce graphs or charts from data
Presentation Software--takes graphic images and text and organizes them as a slide show
