A Note From This Page's Designer

The purpose of this webpage is to expose Shen track and field to show everyone what an excellent program we have and have had for so long. The news media in the Capital Region does not, in my mind, do an adequate job of publicizing the success of this area's runners. Section II and more specifically, the Suburban Council have been rated as one of the best areas for track and field in the entire country.

My goal is to show everyone around the country as well as those in our own backyard how superb the caliber of track and field athletes are not only at Shenendehowa, but also in all of Section II. Yes, we do excell in what we do and no, we do not get nearly enough credit for it. I hope to promote our athletes and portray them in the best light possible by way of the world wide web.

I would like to conclude by crediting those who have been influential in the creation of this webpage. Chris Camp, without a doubt, has the best runner site in all of Section II. His knowledge and helpfullness made this page possible. Jeremy Relyea, my teammate, has given me some one to have some friendly competition with in the web page department. Keep up the good work Relyea. Lee Ansaldo also has an awesome site, complete with a message board to converse with other runners.
