These are some of the other Corvettes I have owned

I sold this white 99 coupe prematurely in July 1999. I was expecting to have my new one in August but my order got delayed. Boy did I miss that car for those three months.

This was the next one. A 2000 Dark Bowling Green Metallic with light oak interior. I got it in October 1999 and it was sold in April 2000. One of the best colors on a Corvette I have ever seen.

Next I had a 2000 Torch Red coupe with black interior. I got it in April 2000 and it was sold in October 2000. What they say is true, "All Corvettes Are Red". At least underneath the skin!

After three automatics I got this 2001 Quicksilver coupe with a six speed. This prepared me for the Z06 to come and I liked the color so much the Z06 color choice was made.

The Z06 is by far the most awesome Corvette I have ever driven. This 2001 Quicksilver example was a great performer but when the car was upgraded in 2002 to 405 HP and 400 lb/ft of torque with equal suspension upgrades I decided I had to have a new one.

Electron Blue is the newest and best color to come along on a Corvette in a long time. This car was a real head turner especially with the modified torch red interior. In light of the events on September 11th, 2001 this car made a very patriotic statement.

Next was this 2002 Millennium Yellow Z06. Great car, great color.

And then thisMillennium Yellow Z06 that I picked up for a short time. Same as the last one except no body side moldings. I liked it better without them.

Of course, after having two Millennium Yellow Z06s I figured it was time to get a second Electron Blue Z06. This 2003 was just like the 2002 I had except for the 50th anniversary badges front and rear.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Corvette I purchased this beautiful 50th Anniversary Coupe. Deepest color I've ever seen and a beautiful two-tone tan interior.

It had been awhile since the last red car I had so I got this 2004 Torch Red Z06 while I was waiting for my Commemorative Edition Z06 to be built. Note the rear brake ducts painted to match.

The next two Vettes I had were identical 2004 Commemorative Edition Z06's, also known as the Z16. These cars had carbon fiber hoods and special badging to commemorate Corvette Racing's GTS class wins at Le Mans in France.

When the C6 era came on with the 2005 model year this is the car I chose, a Machine Silver Coupe with Z51, a six speed manual, and nothing else. Again, nothing but pure performance for me.

For the 2006 model year I got my first Black Corvette. I really loved the color because it looked like a Stealth fighter but it was hard to keep clean.

I then picked up this 2007 Victory Red Z06. Basically a race car with a license plate as Andy Pilgrim told me. He wasn't kidding!!

When they changed to the LS3 in the coupe raising the HP to 430 I thought I would go back and try one.

Some nice interior changes too and new wheels made this car very deserving of being called a C6.5!!

This was a new color starting in 2009 and it was awesome. Had a lot of flake in the paint and could appear to be slightly different colors depending on the amount of sunshine and the angle you were looking at it from. And yes....it was fast!!

After the 2009 model year there really wern't any Corvettes that I felt like I HAD to have, except the ZR1, which I can't really afford! So I took a break from new Vettes until 2013 and the awesome 60th Anniversary 427 Convertible!!

I did buy a used 2000 convertible though (my first used Corvette) which you can see below.

I loved my 2000 Dark Bowling Green Metallic coupe so much that I decided to try it in a convertible (my first one). This one has every option you could get on a Vette that year, even the Magnesium wheels which really set the car off.
