This is the house in Churchtown, NJ where we lived. The three of us are standing on the side of the house that someone would later put an addition on. I'm not sure of the date but Dad is still well enough to be out and about. Maybe he didn't know he was sick yet. There is a little bench against the wall behind us where I was allowed to sit and have my lunch on occasion. I can remember a
neighborhood dog that more than once got a "hand out" from me.
Mom told me later she used to watch me feed the dog and laugh.
