CN 1433 started out as CN 1026, GMD1, built 1958. It was equipped with six-wheel A1A trucks. In 1988 it was rebuilt and renumbered to 1603, retaining six-wheel A1A trucks this first rebuild. In September 1998 it was again rebuiltusing four wheel trucks and fuel tanks from 1134 and renumbered to 1433.
