Bio-Poem

Use the following form to make a poem about the person you interviewed.  The details may be words or phrases.  Make adjustments where needed.

Line 1  First name
Line 2  A title for the person
Line 3  Four words that describe the person|
Line 4  Lover of (3 things or 3 ideas)
Line 5  Who believed (1 or more things)
Line 6 Who wanted (3 things)
Line 7 Who used (3 methods or things)
Line 8  Who gave (3 things)
Line 9  Who said (a quote)
Line 10  Last name (or repeat the first name)

Here is an example from the story "Marigolds."

Miss Lottie
Old Witch to children running wild
Ancient, bent, drawn, dark
Lover of marigolds, a mindless John Burke, and peace
Who believed she could find hope in her garden
Who wanted brightness in the midst of dust
Who used impotent rage against intruders
Who gave sweat, determination, and finally, marigolds
Who said, "Y'all git!  Go on home!"
