Small and fuzzy friends who love and care about everyone. Who are these adorably cute creatures I’m describing? The Care Bears, of course! Each Care Bear has a special area of caring which is told to us by the picture on their tummy. This special picture also tells us who they are. The Care Bears are out on a special mission to make the world a more caring place to live.
The Care Bears live in a fluffy cloud land called Care-a-Lot. On this magical land the Care Bears help each other learn how to care. Sometimes a child on earth will have a special caring concern and the Care Bears will magically bring that child to Care-a-Lot to teach them why it’s important to care. Sometimes a crisis on earth will arise. Never fear! The Caring Meter, the Care Bears special tool to tell them when someone on earth needs their help - is always on the watch. In the wink of an eye the Care Bears are ready to zoom down to earth and help anyone in need.
Where exactly is Care-a-Lot? Care-a-Lot is where good feelings are shared and nurtured. It’s a place where hearts love and care. Care-a-Lot is a shimmering-star and rainbow-filled, cloud land home. In Care-a-Lot it’s as beautiful as a spring day - and as warm and loving as your favorite teddy bear. A place where anything is possible and dreams come true.
The Care-a-Lot Castle, which is located in the heart of Care-a-Lot, is home to the “Hall of the Hearts”. This is where the Care Bears gather to discuss matters of love, caring and all the special things they have done for everyone they care about.
Living in such a wonderful place and teaching others to care isn’t all the Care Bears do. The Care Bears also have to be on their guard to keep Care-a-Lot free of bad guys such as Professor Cold Heart, No Heart, Frostbite, Shrieky and Beastly. But never fear! Good always over comes evil and at the end of the day the Care Bears always win.
The Care Bears aren’t the only ones working to keep the world a caring place. In another magical land known as the Forest of Feelings live a special group of animals. These animals are the Care Bear Cousins. Anything from a day of fun and games to assisting the Care Bears stare with a cousin call - the Care Bear Cousins are the ones to do it.
