Professor Cold Heart lives in the Land Without Feelings. He absolutely hates caring and love. He also hates the Care Bears because he thinks they are too caring and nice. He likes to turn children into uncaring ones.

Frost Bite Frost Bite is Professor Cold Heart’s clumsy sidekick. He also lives in the Land Without Feelings.

No Heart

No Heart used his magic amulet to change shapes. He has no heart and does not want people to love or care. That’s why he hates the Care Bears.

Shrieky

Shrieky is No Heart’s niece.She doesn’t want anyone to love or care. She is always shrieking when she doesn’t get her way. And boy does she know how!!!

Beastly Beastly hates the Care Bears too. He is No Heart and Shrieky’s sidekick. He usually screws up whatever he is suppose to do.
