{A cool winter breeze pierces through the air like a newly sharpened razor blade. A few security guards dressed in thick coats walk up to a limo parked in back of the Corel Center. The door swings open and B-Pac steps out to a massive crowd of fans. They scream and shout as he waves to them. He stops for a second to sign photos, trading cards, caps, replica IC belts, and such. He takes off his shades and hands them to a little girl. She smiles and jumps for joy as she shows her father what she got. B-Pac shakes the man's hand and continues inside the Corel Center. He makes his way to his locker room to get it set up for Saturday's Malice. He walks up to the door that has a sign on it. The sign states: "B-Pac -- WoW IC Champion". He enters the room followed by the camera. B-Pac tosses his bag onto the floor and takes off his jacket revealing his shiny IC title belt.}

B-Pac: "Saturday is your big day, Essa. Malice is sold out and millions of people are bent with anticipation to see me defend my title once again. I am thrilled that you are training so hard for our match because you really need it. You see, I train 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. I never stop training. While it may not all be physical training, I work on my mental training as well. My capability to execute moves with excellence and total perfection is far beyond anything that anyone has ever seen and it is because I keep my full concentration on being prepared. That is the main reason that I have made so many mistakes... not in the ring... but outside of it. In the ring, I am flawless."

{B-Pac digs through his gym bag and pulls out that very familiar black tank top with red flames on it. He pulls off the shirt he is wearing and replaces it with the tank top. He notices on the televison that Essa Rios is at the "mountee station". He ups the volume and watches the thirty second long promo.}

B-Pac: "You sure do have connections, huh, Essa? Well, come Saturday you'll have another one... you'll be connected to my long list of title defenses. It's true. You know why I am the Intercontinental Champion, Essa? It is because I beat people from all over the world. I have beaten people from England, I have beaten people from the US, I have beaten people from hell, and after Malice, I'll have beaten someone from Mexico. You're nothing more than another victim on my "Intercontinental" trail of terror. Essa Rios, at Malice, when you see me coming down towards that ring at you, that is when you will know that you never really had a chance... but by then, it will be too late for you. The "Real Deal Mexican" is more like the "Value Meal Taco"... soft shelled and chicken."
