You should not expose fine furniture to strong sunlight and dampness. Although the finishing materials
used on your furniture are made as fade proof as possible, the wood itself underneath the finish may change color
when exposed to direct sunlight for a great length of time.
To avoid markings please place a strip of felt or leather under accessories such as lamp cords, rubber bases
on lamps, etc. The chemicals in some rubber may leave a stain. Some types of plastic materials may soften and thus
injure the finish if left in contact for long periods of time.
If you spill any liquids on the surface, wipe immediately. Clean your furniture by dusting the surface
with a soft dry cloth, or polishing with the appropriate furniture polish for the desired luster you prefer.
You may cover or touch up. Small scratches and small mars with a mar or scratch remover, or touch
up stick which can be purchased in a paint store.
You should use a metal bed frame. The use of a metal center support frame for queen and king size sets
is required.
