THIS YEAR'S THEME
OF THE
The judges had a real tough time making the selections for which the final criterion was originality of the idea, depiction and relevance to the theme, age of the participant and the artistic style of the work. Since someone had to be declared winner so we are bowing to the wishes of the judges and declaring the results, but this in no way means that the other entries received by us are any less, they are as dear to us and as important as are the prize winning entries. We wish them all the best for the next competition. Thank you all for supporting a "Tobacco Free World."
