'Further Than You Think' is organised like this - the prologue, part one (which is chapter two - chapter thirteen all put together) and then the serparate chapters of part two. A warning - while the prologue is pretty short, four pages I believe... part one is eighty-six pages long and chapter fourteen on its own I believe is fifteen pages. So in other words, I do not actually expect you to read the whole lot in one go, unless you've got nothing better to do.
