THE GP 9's
Originally, GP9s had high short and long hoods to run long hood forward. The CN GP9RMs in service today have been rebuilt from these older GP9s by reducing the nose height to give visibility from the cab. They now usually run short nose forward.

The lead in this group of 4 is #4125, a GP9RM, built by GMD in 1955 as GP9 1730, renumbered to GP9 4406 in 1956 rebuilt to 4125 in 1989.
