Originally, GP9s had high short and long hoods to run long hood forward. The CN GP9RMs in service today have been rebuilt from these older GP9s by reducing the nose height to give visibility from the cab. They now usually run short nose forward.

This one is a GP9RM, built as GP9 4533 in 1957 rebuilt and renumbered 7032 in 1991.It is seen on April 25/05 at 8:23 am working with cn 7032 in Aldershot Yard.
