Annie Laura died, at 34 years of age, after the birth of Shirley. Harry went out to buy a newspaper, leaving her with a nurse. When he came back, she had haemmorraged while taking a bath, and was found by her 7 year old son, Charles, dead in the bathroom.I wish I could have met her!
