You can put your webpage title and contact information up here. Technically, this isn't a top-border because I put the background picture on a table at the top of the page, but the look is the same. The advantage is that it won't tile if the page is longer than the background.
You can also make your page as long as you want. I used 1100 pixels on this one. |

To save these graphics to your computer, right-click on the graphic, choose "Save picture as..." and name it. If you don't want the background to scroll with your text, put bgproperties="fixed" in your body tag.
