There are a lot of plants like zooplankton and phytoplankton and seaweed and all of those plants are animal food!
The whale the largest animal eats the smallest microscopic plant plankton of both kinds! another animal that eats plankton are Jelly fish. Another kind of plant that the whale eats is seaweed!
A lot of animals eat seaweed like small fish, big fish and medium fish. Seaweed is practically like pizza to them (some like them some don't!) Seaweed is especially liked by eels because they live where most seaweed grow!
Food can also be fish and other small animals! Big animals like sharks and
whales eat fish but they aren't really big fish just small one because they
don't want to put up a fight since they are hungry!
