Pluto's coldness

Home

Pluto is very cold. Pluto is the coldest planet in the universe. Pluto is made up of rock and ice. Pluto takes 250 years to revolve around the sun. It takes a little more than 16 hours to rotate once. Pluto is 40 times the distance of Earth to the sun. That is why it is so cold. It is the smallest planet. It is smaller than the Earth's moon. Earth is 5.5 times the size of Pluto. That has to be very small. It only has 1 moon. Pluto has not been explored by any space probes. The Hubble Space Telescope  found images showing 12 major spots where Pluto's surface is either bright or dark. The diameter of Pluto is 1,416 miles. The HST images show that Pluto has ice caps.
