• Cork
• Soap
• Used Matchsticks
• Aluminum Foil
•  Large bowl of water
•  Scissors

Step1: Make a boat by pushing 4 matchsticks into each side of the cork. Cut out a small piece of aluminum foil.

Step2: Gently place the boat on one side of the bowl of water. You will find that the boat does not move.

Step3: Now dap a piece of soap onto the back of the boat.

Step4: Place the boat in the water against the edge of the bowl. Watch as the boat  moves from one end to the other.
