STRATUS
Stratus clouds are low clouds that form flat ,wide layers. I wouldn't wont to be outside under this clouds, It looks like it might rain kids. Its just a warning. Sometimes they cover the whole sky like a blanket and block sunlight. The altitude is below 6,ooo feet to the ground.
