Solution

When you have a problem like those i gave what

will you do? I have a solution.

First you can list down the good point of

your choices. The most point, the more you

should choose it. But that does not mean you

MUST choose it.

For example: You and your friends when

to the grocery shop. One of your friend bought

a packet of potato chip and want to share it

with you. BUT, you are on diet and everyone

had bought snacks to eat, only you did not!

And, you want to eat it! Will you choose to eat

the potato chips or not?

Good points

Bad points

So, it seems that there is more good points

than the bad ones. BUT the most important,

Ask yourself this "Which is more important

to me?" If you think your diet plan is more

important than don't eat!
