Ahhh…stupid,
pointless, semi-comical Holidays. What would we do without them? November
16, 2003 saw the not-so-universal World Toilet Day. That’s right. This
day is designed in order to “give feedback to the owner” of toilets.

The summit
meeting for this holiday included discussions on mountain and rural
toilets, and how a toilet’s cleanliness could impact a tourists
impression of a place. In related
news...(Okay, not really, but it’s cool anyway^.^) An elderly woman
crashed into the Department |

Motor Vehicles
where she hoped to renew her license.
She narrowly missed several pedestrians, and claimed that the car
accelerated by itself. Police
investigation concludes that the car was functioning normally.
In light of this occurrence, the DMV decided to make her take a
Written AND Driving test before giving her a new license.
