The Create an Elf Form
Before you begin filling out the form, read the Guidelines for Creating an Elf because if you don't follow the guidelines, and do something improperly, your elf won't be accepted. Use DETAIL in your form.
No new elves will be added as of July 30th, 2001. And the form is deactivated, so you can't submit anything anyway.
